My wife & I were very pleased with Shane Abbenante. He was very professional and explained everything that needed to be done. Once the work was done, he walked us through what he did, explained how the door should work, and show us the door in action. We will ask for him again when we need service on our Garage Door in the future. Bravo Zulu!

Very impressed with this company. From the person who answered phone and set up same day appointment to the likable Shane who repaired a 30 year old garage door. He was knowledgeable and polite. He was also early which is a nice change from sitting around waiting for an appointment. All in all a good experience and a smooth opening and closing garage door!!

Precision garage doors fixed my broken spring, replaced all of the mechanical parts attached to my garage door, tightened the chain, and gave the whole door an inspection and lubrication. I am very satisfied with their work. They came out the same day that I called and had all the needed parts on their truck. The technician was in and out in under two hours. Thanks for a great job!

My neighbor was happy with repairs done by Precision so I made an appointment for repairs to mine. I am very impressed by the company. Everyone I dealt with was courteous, prompt and professional. The technician (Richard) even arrived early :-), explained repair options, did the work without delay, walked me through what was replaced and recommended maintenance steps I can take. Even though it was ungodly hot, he was always thorough and respectful. I’m a very happy customer.

Our wall station screen got wet when I decided to wash down the garage walls. I contacted Precision and found that was a bad idea. They immediately scheduled a technician Jeff Dineen. He showed up on time, and it was a short notice service call, and was wonderful. I decided to go ahead with the annual maintenance while he was onsite! Thank you Jeff and Precision Garage Doors! You guys are the best!

Rob came to our home at the exact scheduled time with a phone call before arriving. He assessed our garage door and told me about a couple of options. I decided to get it completely revamped with a new electric opener. He worked quickly and in the awful July Florida heat. He was professional and kind. He explained everything and gave us a good price. The warranty can't be beat either. I would definitely recommend Precision for your garage door needs.

Wanted a 2nd quote for replacement of my doors. Precision's quote was 50% higher than ABCO. I was told my motors must be replaced (they are 25 years old). ABCO felt otherwise. They have had far more issues with the newer models (represented only $1,300 of the $3,000 differential). They were quoting Clopay... from reviews these may even be a touch above DAB (which ABCO no longer specs for residential due to complaints about noisy operation). Your tech was friendly and knowledgeable. He has no control over your prices.
