I called about a problem with my garage door open and was given a service call the very next day. The tech arrived on time. He identified the problem and fixed it. In addition, because repair work was done on the garage door, I was not charged the service call. I was very impressed with the service, speedy response to my call and the work that was done on my garage door. They definitely deserve five stars.

Previously used them. Response and service was very good. Technical was on time. Full explanation given of what was going to be done. Time frame. After installation an operational walk through and system operation was done. For MYq access advised to go to liftmaster or call for wifi operation.

Having used Precision in the past, we knew whom to call when we needed an emergency garage door repair. From the first person we spoke with (Bella) to the technician who came to the house (Shane Abbenante) all went really smoothly. Shane was really knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and willing to answer all questions readily. He solved the problem right away. We were super pleased and will definitely call Precision again.

Garage door was loud when it opened/closed. Called Precision since they were near to where I lived. Made an appointment, office called a few days later and said technician could be there a day earlier than scheduled. Technician (Lonny) showed up early, explained everything he needed to do, showed me the problem and promptly fixed it. Recommended I replace the rollers with upgraded ones to what were originally installed. Price was very reasonable. Happy with the quality of service. Would highly recommend Precision for garage door service/repair.

Technician Bryan Hewitson provided another outstanding service during the annual preventive maintenance. For the past three years Bryan arrives to our home with a smile and greets us like family.
