This is the first time I required repair on my garage door, and after reviewing service companies in my area, I chose Precision because of the many high ratings from their satisfied customers. What a breath of fresh air to find a company and technician who take pride in their service and do it in such a professional manner. The office staff was excellent to get the repair scheduled for the very next day. The technician, James, was excellent. He communicated when he was on his way to my address, quickly accessed what needed to be done to repair, provided the cost for parts, (springs and bearings), and everything was up and running in under an hour. I highly recommend Precision and James to anyone requiring a repair to their garage door.

Same day service ... Shane arrived EARLY! We were stuck at home with the car in the garage due to the broken overhead door spring. (the garage door is HEAVY hurricane strengthened, too heavy to lift with a broken spring) He replaced the spring and other parts .. no hard sell tactics. Now, the door opens better than ever! GOOD JOB !!

Put Precision Door Service on your speed dial! We have used their service several times since having our home built 10 years ago. Always same day service, the technician is here precisely on time, listens to my explanation regarding the problem, asks appropriate questions, runs his checks and offers options on fixing the problem. Today I had to purchase a new system for my side of the garage door and the tech even reset the open/close button on my vehicle rear view mirror. Always extremely pleased with their service!

The technician called at 7:45 a.m. and said he was on his way and would arrive in a few minutes. He came exactly at 8 a.m. He examined all parts of garage opener mechanism. The problem was the old motor malfunction. He installed new motor, replaced noisy wheels with quieter nylon wheels as requested, removed old wall remote and installed new wall remote, gave me new manual remote and explained procedures. He was neat, courteous and worked quickly.

The best service any one could expect. Call for a key pad to be installed. Lucky for me James the tech saw several things going bad on my garage door and things another company had repaired? Most recently we had the two bottom seals on the two garage doors replaced and had both doors overhauled which included replacement of the springs, cables, rollers, and lubrication of the moving parts, as swell as all inspections/adjustments. We have dealt with this company since 2005. This recent service, like the company’s past services were always done professionally, promptly, with much attention to detail, courteously, and neatly. We couldn’t ask for more and expect to continue using the same company for our future garage door needs.

Scheduled a Noisy garage door service. Ben our technician showed up on time and after inspecting our door said we did not need that service, only routine annual maintenance.
