I called Precision because my garage door opener died after 25 years of use. I scheduled an appointment in the morning and had a terrific technician, Bryan come out within a few hours to diagnose the problem and offer many solutions. I decided what I wanted and he immediately got to work. Less than 90 minutes later he was finished. He did a fantastic job and explained all the warranties for the product and properly instructed me on how to use and maintain everything. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door!

Garage door not opening and closing correctly. I called Precision and got a technician to schedule and come out the next morning. Rob did a great job, and explained the process needed to correct our issues. We needed a spring repair and also found our motor was bad, as it was very old. Purchased a new motor as well. All good now.

Bryan from Precision called early to see if I could meet him earlier to fix my broken door spring, but I was not able to. He said, no problem and met me right on time. He was able to replace the spring quickly and for a reasonable price and was able to explain my best options for replacing my 20 year old opener and garage door. I would definitely recommend.

I was impressed with shane who arrived early, was courteous and professional as well as excellent to explain in detail the condition of the doors parts. He obviously was excellent in his work and explained everything verry well. I was glad to have him replace all badly worn parts. Installed in March. Problem with programming a remote which the tech resolved and really wasn’t an issue. The tech, Bryan Hewitson did the install and resolved this issue. Bryan went above and beyond the job of simply replacing a bottom door seal - he explained some simple steps I could take to help the door operate more smoothly (hint: don't paint surfaces of your door that will come in contact with each other - the paint tends to cause the surfaces to stick). He also pointed out that the pulleys needed some adjusting - after Bryan was done the door moved so smoothly I could lift it with one hand!

"JEFF DINEEN." arrived exactly on time and proceeded to repair not only the broken spring, but when asked if it was possible to upgrade the door (new rollers plus heavy duty cables, and both springs per my request) I was very impressed that he had all of the new equipment on his truck, and upon completion he thoroughly lubed all moving parts. And all of this on a Saturday and at a reasonable price. Therefore, I have to give Jeff 10 stars for his knowledge, professionalism, and pleasant personality. To say the least, my wife and I are extremely happy with the results. We would recommend your company to anyone in the future.

Started with an emergency the day I moved here in 2018. Since then the best has been how quickly there is a response when I need help. I have a double and a single door, both are so quiet it is amazing. I did not buy this house new, the garage doors are insulated as the previous owner put an air conditioner in the garage. My personal opinion was that Bryan came across as very aggressive about the work required. There was no wiggle room in his proposal. You need this, you need that, if you don’t do it you get no warranty for anything we do. I have a budget since I am on a fixed income. With inflation my disposable income is limited. I mentioned that to Bryan but his body language and facial expression told me he didn’t care. I got another quote with a lifetime warranty on the motor and chain with new springs for $500 less installed. You probably do excellent work but I got turned off by the sales pitch.

Outstanding service!! My garage door could not be opened by the door opener or manually. The springs had snapped making it impossible to open the door. I called Precision at 8am and they had a technician at my house before 10am to replace my double garage door springs. Shane A. was super professional and explained everything that he would do to get my door back to normal. After he explained all the options I opted to have an overhaul of springs, bearings, drums, cables and rollers replaced. He replaced all of those components in less than 2 hours and my. Garage door operates like new! Highly recommend this company if you have any garage door issues. Thanks!
