Rob was prompt in his arrival. He explained the options completely and we chose a plan of action. He replaced the springs and cleaned and lubricated all areas. He said it would take about an hour and it did. He was professional and well versed in his job. The price was fair, and we are happy with the result. We would recommend Precision to everyone.

Start out by saying I rarely right reviews but I was so impressed with this company. I called last week to set up an appointment after another company said they were unable to fix my garage door. My appointment was for 8:00, Jason called 20 minutes to 8:00 to let me know he was on the way. He arrived promptly at 8:00. He was very professional he looked at the garage door and was able to identify the problem quickly and gave me a very fair estimate. He had all the parts on his truck and was able to fix it the same day. Very satisfied!

Reason for service was belt failed and door would not open Went on the internet and your side was most appealing to me. Also coupon available helped me make a choice. Next day service was acceptable, . but did offer same day emergency for 79.00 but not acceptable to me . Brian did a great job, and I was very satisfied with his work and knowledge of the repairs done. Replaced belt assembly and installed new cables and adjusted for proper function.

The bar that holds the inside tracks came off almost completely off the ceiling. Lonny was my tech and he did a great job putting it back and securing it. We also decided to get new doors put in and Lonny took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions.

I rarely do reviews because I’m very particular and usually disappointed with the poor or mediocre work of others, therefore I have to acknowledge Jason Emanis for the exceptional service he provided. Jason is a professional, knowledgeable technician who politely explained what needed to be done and answered all my questions. He put me at ease before he started and then proceeded to do a great job replacing the broken spring/s. Precision Garage Door Service as a whole is very responsive to customer needs and is one of the rare companies that still provides outstanding customer service.

I called today 12/17/2021 to have my Lift Master jackshaft opener fixed. An appointment was made for today between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm. The technician called a few minutes later and he arrived at 11:15 am. He determined that the cables were loose and had my garage door working in no time. Mickey was very pleasant and very thorough. Thanks for the excellent service.

We had some garage door issues. Noises, not level at the bottom and I called to get an appointment late Saturday. Not an emergency but they got a tech out first thing Monday morning. Mickey came out and he was THE BEST! Nice, Professional, Courteous, Knowledgeable. He told me just what the problem was and if we had our paperwork from 2013. Indeed we did so the parts were free since we have a lifetime warranty. We are very satisfied with the service experience and will 100% call Precision if and when needed.

Great repair, quick service! Byron explained the options to fix my really old garage door so clearly. I'm almost 86 yrs. and that was his first challenge. We agreed on an option and he finished it in a timely fashion. Such a nice polite young man. It's working well now weeks since his repair. If you need a garage door repaired, call Precision!

Travis did a great job safety checking my garage doors. After the check Travis adjusted the dual springs on one of our garage doors, then he put the appropriate lubrication on the springs, the chain wheels, the attachment plates on the steel garage doors. It's been two years since my regular technician (just retired) installed those springs on our main garage door. I needed exactly what Precision Garage Doors provided - a competent, knowledgeable technician to service my garage doors. One of their competitors sent a guy out prior to Travis' visit. He was there to do a safety check and service my garage doors, but after the safety check he told me I needed new springs and it would cost $700!!!! I knew instantly this was not the right company or technician. Precision Garage Door was first on my list and Travis represented!!!!! Precision is my garage door company. Precision serviced my doors and adjusted my springs for less than half what the other "top rated " guys wanted to charge for new springs I did not need!!!! My springs should be good for another 6 to 8 years, and thanks to Travis and Precision Garage Doors I now know who to call!!!!!!
