Met with Shane today and ordered a hurricane door upgrade. My current door is over 33 years old and in bad need of a face lift. I have been restoring this house for the last 3 years. Our only car was stuck in the garage due to a broken spring. This was at 6:30 in the evening. I Called Precision and they scheduled for a service call that night between 8 and 10. Service man came about 8:30. I was very glad to see him if only he could open the door for us. But he reassured me saying he could fix the door that night. He had it repaired in about an hour and a half with two new springs and other stuff. Fantastic service!! Thanks so much!!

I had already pulled an ad for a tune up for a later date, but when I noticed a loose hinge called and made the appointment. Same day, which was awesome. Technician was early, checked out the door and mechanisms (original 1996) and made the repairs. He was very professional quick, and cleaned up afterwards. 3 year warranty that, based on service, don't think I'll use. If something new comes up, I'll definitely choose this company again
