He replaced the rollers on the door, removed the old broken opener and installed a new one. Even though things in the garage had to be moved around for him to work he made sure everything was moved back before he left. Very impressed with the whole experience. I called Precision for a quote on a door repair and was given an appointment that same day. Clayton called me when he was on his way and arrived on the time of the appointment. He looked at my door and listened to what I wanted out of my door and gave me a return time for the following day since I needed a 16 foot strut that he needed to get. He arrived promptly the next day and made the door what I explained to him. Clayton was extremely professional and very personable. Precision is the only company I will call now and would be happy to let Clayton do future work.
