Purchased an Angie's List deal to tune up my garage door and the job couldn't have gone more perfectly! The technician, Jake, was incredibly prompt, courteous and very professional. The tune-up and silencing package was performed as advertised and the results are great. From making the appointment to the final handshake was a pleasant experience. I also received a requested estimate on further down the road upgrades that I will have no hesitation calling Precision to perform. Precision performed this job expertly and promptly. I called Precision because they did great work on my mom's garage door. I called Sunday afternoon because my door kept opening and closing by itself. Much to my surprise, I was told they would come that day without charging extra, and they would come within a couple of hours. Kevin showed up as promised and took care of the problem. He replaced the parts necessary, but not before giving me an explanation and price. He was friendly, respectful, and professional. When I need work done again, I will be sure to request Kevin. He'so awesome.

I had essentially taken the door out of service for 4 years by building an interior wall in front of it after removing the torsion spring. Robert S came out and assessed all the parts I saved, and put the door back into operation on the same day. The door works as quiet as when it was first installed. Precision did a great job installing it years ago the first time so I didn't consider anyone else for this task. Precision didn't let me down.

Ty did the best job ever. He found the cable fray problem. The fraying was coming from two cables overlapping each other. He rerouted the cables to prevent the one cable from fraying again. He also checked the misalignment and rebalanced the door.
