I called Precision Garage Door Service around 3:30, I was given an approx time that someone would be out. Less than 3 hrs and a service person showed up. He called 30 min prior to arriving. Neal was extremely professional & knowledgeable. He explained in detail what needed to be done to secure a safe garage door. We also received a detailed list of costs. Loved the same day service and the excellent information we received from Neal, our service person.

I've been doing business with Precision Garage Door for 20 years and 3 houses. They are always there on time, professional, and neat. Their service techs are always knowledgeable, personable, and polite. Why would I consider anyone else for my garage door work?

We were very pleased with Neal and his expertise! We purchased the "Overhaul Special" because it gives us confidence that we will be well taken care of should a problem arise in the next few years.

I was very impressed with Precision Door Service as a company and especially the technician, Corey, that helped me out. He arrived exactly when he said he would and quickly diagnosed the problem with my garage door opener. I would strongly/highly recommend PDS to anyone.

My technician Rob was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He also called prior to the appointment to give me a window of time as to when he would arrive at my house. Do not hesitate to use this company and ask for Rob.

Cory came out this morning and he was a very polite and helpful technician. I appreciated his honesty about my garage door issue/s and did not try to talk me into work that did not need to be done at this time. He was very patient to explain things to me and, overall, I was very pleased with the service provided by Precision Garage Doors. Will definitely use again and recommend to neighbor's and friends. It is nice to write a positive review for a change....especially when it is earned. Thank you, Kimberly Varco

Called the day after Memorial Day, for service on the garage door springs. Had a tech here by 10am that day! Neal explained all the options after carefully examining all of the mechanisms. He showed me specifically what was needed and even spoke with my husband over the phone to see if he had questions. Prompt, professional and courteous service.

Previous outstanding, trouble free experience with Precision earned my feelings as the "Go To" company re Garage door related business. I rate them as a 5 star comppany in all areas. Micheal Whiteman, Precision Door Technician, was on time, courteous, efficient, very knowledgeable and very clean in his work habits. His thorough post repair checks were very satisfactory to me, so much so that I forgot to use my coupon a "..time of service".

Brent was phenomenal! He was in and out in no time flat. He had was a wealth of knowledge and didn't hesitate or seem offended when we asked a few questions. Our garage door is so quiet I'm going to have to rely on my dog to let me know someone is home!

Quick response to our problem, though noise that we were concerned about was not repeated while tech tried to track it down. He was very polite and showed concern for the problem we were worried about
