I was so impressed with Josh that I called after he completed the repair and spoke to his manager that he was very professional, friendly and took the time to explain all the repairs needed and never pressured to have any of them done. I owned my own business for over 30 years and know when you have a "GEM" of an employee like Josh he is a real asset to your company. The door now works BETTER then the day it was installed in 2006. I had 2 other companies come to repair the door and neither one ever fixed the issues. I will use Precision/Josh for any future repairs or replacements if and when needed. It is rare in today's service industry to find a person who is knowledgeable, professional and completes the job as he described. Josh is truly, in my opinion, one of a kind. Very happy with the service provided by Michael. Very personable, knowledgeable and performed the work in good time. He replaced the rollers on the door, removed the old broken opener and installed a new one. Even though things in the garage had to be moved around for him to work he made sure everything was moved back before he left. Very impressed with the whole experience. I called Precision for a quote on a door repair and was given an appointment that same day. Clayton called me when he was on his way and arrived on the time of the appointment. He looked at my door and listened to what I wanted out of my door and gave me a return time for the following day since I needed a 16 foot strut that he needed to get. He arrived promptly the next day and made the door what I explained to him. Clayton was extremely professional and very personable.
