I did a lot of research and I am happy to say that #1 I got the LiftMaster 8550W --It is awesome and well worth the money -- it's fun with all the features and accessories (I love my toys and technology) #2 Rob the installer was fantastic --he explained what he was going to do and the cost --everything was up front, his workmanship was perfect and Rob installed the opener in less than 2 hours!! The best service I have had in a long time --Thank you Precision for a job well done!!

Technician on time, knowledgeable and gave accurate quote. He was friendly quote was emailed promptly the only issue I saw was the tablet he had was broke and he kept having to play with the cord and redo quote but very pleased with time he took and knowledge of products and service.

I was so impressed with Josh that I called after he completed the repair and spoke to his manager that he was very professional, friendly and took the time to explain all the repairs needed and never pressured to have any of them done. I owned my own business for over 30 years and know when you have a "GEM" of an employee like Josh he is a real asset to your company. The door now works BETTER then the day it was installed in 2006. I had 2 other companies come to repair the door and neither one ever fixed the issues. I will use Precision/Josh for any future repairs or replacements if and when needed. It is rare in today's service industry to find a person who is knowledgeable, professional and completes the job as he described. Josh is truly, in my opinion, one of a kind. Beside replacing a 10 year old broken tension spring, I decided after considering my options, which were detailed by Cory, to go with overhauling all moving parts ... best decision, in my opinion. Very happy with the service provided by Michael. Very personable, knowledgeable and performed the work in good time. He replaced the rollers on the door, removed the old broken opener and installed a new one. Even though things in the garage had to be moved around for him to work he made sure everything was moved back before he left. Very impressed with the whole experience.
