Neil was prompt, pleasant, and efficient. When it was determined that i needed a new unit, he installed it in short order, and instructed me in its' use. He maintained he professional demeanor even after he accidentally broke the plastic cover while installing the bulb, and quickly apologized and promised to return the following morning to replace the cover, which he did. All in all, I had a good experience with your company, and Neil, your representative.

Very impressive. Our technician's name was Rob. He waved as he drove up and parked purposely on the road so as not to break the driveway pavers. When surveying what needed to be done, Rob pointed out exactly what was damaged and needed replacement. After my garage door broke, Neil from Precision temporarily repaired the door so I could still safely use it by replacing the broken spring with a loaner spring. On January 23, 2015, I had Precision install a new garage door with keypad entry. I used Precision because of the very high recommendation from my General Contractor Gary from Gary Thompson Homes. The results were exactly as my contractor said they would be. Precision did an excellent job with all aspects of the installation at a good price. After some time, I had difficulty programming the keypad and they sent out Kevin WITHIN AN HOUR of the call to make it work at no charge! Very professional and friendly team at Precision! CLAYTON AND GEORGE WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND SERVICE ORIENTED WHEN THEY SERVICED OUR GARAGE DOOR TODAY. IT WAS A GENERAL SERVICE CALL, AND WE REPLACED THE OLD ROLLERS AND INSTALLED AN EXTERIOR KEYPAD. ALL WENT WELL AND THE PRICE WAS VERY FAIR. Kevin was on time, inspected the job and told me what was needed, and proceeded to address the problem. He was very personable, and appeared very knowledgable and skilled. He replaced the rollers and made several adjustments to moving parts. When he finished, the door opened and closed much more quietly! Also he gave me hints on where to lub if needed. The installer (Neal Trepanier) was very professional in installing the lifetime warrantied upgrade to my garage door springs, rollers, and etc. He explained what he was doing and pointed out short comings of the previously installed garage door mechanics, installed at the time the house was completed in 2005. I would definitely welcome him back if I have any trouble. He said that there would be more detailed receipt here as well as explanation of the warranty of the "Overhaul Special Package".
