Same day service ... Shane arrived EARLY! We were stuck at home with the car in the garage due to the broken overhead door spring. (the garage door is HEAVY hurricane strengthened, too heavy to lift with a broken spring) He replaced the spring and other parts .. no hard sell tactics. Now, the door opens better than ever! GOOD JOB !!

I have used Precision since purchasing my home in 2016. Their staff is always courteous and knowledgeable. They do not try to "upsell" you, but simply evaluate your issues and suggest solutions. Just had a routine checkup after over two years since the last time. Only needed a couple of minor adjustments and a thorough lubrication. No additional charge. Highly recommend.

I purchased this from Precision in June. developed a problem with closing. They showed up early on the day promised and fixed my door in about 15 minutes. My unit came with a one year warranty for labor and 5 years for parts so there was no charge. I've dealt with two of their technicians and they were both knowledgeable and pleasant. These guys are the best!

Incredible service. Called at 3 pm due to broken spring on garage door. A real person answered the phone and had a service tech at our house within 30 minutes. Given options as to what service level would solve the issue. Total job completed within 1.5 hours and will continue to recommend this company. Excellent is all I can say.
