We are very pleased with the repair service performed by Precision Door. Our repair tech was Shane, and he arrived early, then quickly assessed that replacement of both springs was needed. He also presented a wise no-pressure option to replace several other well-worn components of our 20-year old 2-car garage door, about which we fully agreed. Shane efficiently replaced our springs, rollers, pullies and cables, then lubed all the moving parts, and adjusted the door balance. Smart, professional work from start to finish, which took just over an hour. We've called upon Precision Door a couple of times in the past, and we have always been impressed with their prompt response and professional service!

The technician called to inform us he was running early and could be there an hour early. He quickly analyzed the issue and explained it to us. After we okayed it he got quickly to work and made the repair. My wife and I were quite satisfied.

Precision installed our door openers in 2016. Fast forward to 2023, the backup battery is completely drained. We contacted Precision and was able to get a service appointment very quickly. Before the service, we received an email with the picture of the technician who would be coming to our home. I definitely felt more secure with that! The technician replaced the battery and performed a multi point inspection on the door. A problem with the spring was diagnosed (a typical age problem) and the technician fixed the spring. The fees were reasonable for the work performed and they had the backup battery that we needed for our unit.

For less than an hours work I feel $283 was a high charge. Your method of charging is called stacking an individual charge for each service performed and not based on hourly charge plus a service charge.

Same day service ... Shane arrived EARLY! We were stuck at home with the car in the garage due to the broken overhead door spring. (the garage door is HEAVY hurricane strengthened, too heavy to lift with a broken spring) He replaced the spring and other parts .. no hard sell tactics. Now, the door opens better than ever! GOOD JOB !!

I have used Precision since purchasing my home in 2016. Their staff is always courteous and knowledgeable. They do not try to "upsell" you, but simply evaluate your issues and suggest solutions. Just had a routine checkup after over two years since the last time. Only needed a couple of minor adjustments and a thorough lubrication. No additional charge. Highly recommend.

I purchased this from Precision in June. developed a problem with closing. They showed up early on the day promised and fixed my door in about 15 minutes. My unit came with a one year warranty for labor and 5 years for parts so there was no charge. I've dealt with two of their technicians and they were both knowledgeable and pleasant. These guys are the best!

Incredible service. Called at 3 pm due to broken spring on garage door. A real person answered the phone and had a service tech at our house within 30 minutes.
