My door was closing too hard and banging the concrete floor. The repair person adjusted opener and did something to the device that releases the door from the opener. This helped but door is still noisier than normal. The tech felt it was the best he could do. Your company rebuilt our door about 6 yrs. ago. They also replaced broken spring. The tech and trainee were doing the best they could with a 16 yr. old door. I paid &84.00 for this minor adjustment. I think that is a little high for the work performed. Both the techs were very polite and helpful. I will continue to use your co. in the future.

Great service. Techs called first to see if the could come earlier than originally scheduled. They were very professional and friendly. Also I purchased a new car and couldn’t program it to open garage and they did it for me. They also tuned up garage door and replaced screws, etc. I am very happy with Precision’s service.
