We've used them before for repairs so we knew they are professional and reliable. Shawn (sp?) showed up exactly on time and replaced both garage door openers, explained how to use them and what the warranty is. He removed our old material and left the garage in a neat and clean condition. While the price was higher than I expected (I did not ask for an estimate prior to making the appointment), I feel it was worth it based upon my previous experience with them as well as the quality of today's work.

They were extremely professional from the intake call through the replacement of damaged torsion spring. The intake call was thorough ensuring that all relevant information was gathered and passed to the technician who responded to our service call. I was given options on how quickly the repair needed to occur and was able to get same day after hours service which was a big plus for me. Bryan the technician explained everything that was required and recommended. He was very professional, friendly and extremely competent - he finished the job within an hour. Kudos to the team at Precision Garage Door for being laser focused on delivering outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this business.

Jeff was down-to-earth, professional, safe, and practical. He worked with me to remove the old garage door opener, let me remove an old, broken fluorescent light while he was setting up, explained everything he was doing, and did an excellent job installing the door, ensuring it worked properly, ensuring I could set up the app and wifi controls (and physical buttons), and walking me through all the pricing and warranty. Together we tag-teamed how to handle the power supply (as there was no existing outlet to power the opener from; instead there was a sketchy cut--and live--wire from previous homeowners).

Second time I have used them. They are the most dependable door repair company around. Make an appointment and they will be there. I have tried others but not happy with their response. Rob is the consummate professional and extremely personable. He explained all of my options with pricing before starting. Told me it would take about an hour and it took about 55 minutes. Our garage door opener quit working. We are in the middle of a closing on our home so we had to fix it. We called Precision and the technician (Jeff) was able to come out earlier than scheduled on the same day!!!! We were so grateful to be able to get someone here especially on a weekend. Jeff Dineen was the absolute best!! He checked every possibility to avoid us having to buy a new opener days before our move, but unfortunately the motor was no good. He was very knowledgeable, personable and professional! He installed the new opener, explained everything and was a pleasure to work with!! Extremely pleased with this company and Jeff!!
