I recently had a broken spring on my garage door. Since I have had your technicians out in the past and they did a really good job, I decided to call you again. The technician who came out fixed the spring, and also upgraded the other hardware on the door, offering a lifetime warranty on all the parts. It was expensive, but gives me piece of mind that I have quality parts installed and that you stand by the products you sell with this warranty.

It started to be a broken spring repair which ended up to include a new opener and torsion bar. I felt bad for the technician as everything he was trying (door kept on bouncing back up) wasn't working. BTW- it was labor day. Ended up him being here from 2pm until 9pm. Overall, he was helpful but I think he was frustrated in that everything we were doing, didn't seem to work.

I am extremely pleased with the service and workmanship of the young man who repaired our garage door. He came over on a Sunday morning, had all the hardware he needed right on his truck and finished a big job in just a few hours. He was professional, courteous and explained everything that needed to be done. He wasn't pushy and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. I had just had a bad experience with a different garage door repair company the day before and Dennis, with Precision, was a pleasure to work with.

Neil appeared very trusting and honest and professional. He demonstrated how the garage door did not hold upon lift with the old springs, and then he lifted the door halfway with the new springs installed, and the door remained still and balanced. I felt like he had my best interest at heart and was not trying to sell me things I didn't need. He worked efficiently and professionally. Thank you for sending such a professional installer.
