Neil appeared very trusting and honest and professional. He demonstrated how the garage door did not hold upon lift with the old springs, and then he lifted the door halfway with the new springs installed, and the door remained still and balanced. I called about 9:00 AM on a Sunday and had the door fixed by 2:00 PM the same day. The service man completed the job in about an hour. Cleaned up after the job and worked rapidly, replacing springs rollers, cables and pulleys in less than an hour. Very good service.
