Moving into a new condo we found our garage door was not working properly. When I Googled the Omega Matic 4500 on my Opener, I called the first name on the list, (a competitor of Precision). He informed me that actually my brand was a Marantec and that I should call Precision. I would challenge anyone to find a company with a lower service call fee, NO extra charge on Sunday. Rob called me quicker than I expected, and arrived on time. Since I found the manual on the internet before he arrived, he reprogrammed everything on the opener and now the garage door works perfectly. I will recommend Precision and especially Rob to everyone. 5 Stars!
