We chose Precision out of the Yellow Pages because because you offer 24/7 appointments and a BBB Accreditted Busines. One of the springs on our garage door had broken (installed in 2008)so we had to replace the pair and your technician advised us to change the rollers. Neil was punctual, very informative and a true professional. We rate you a five.

It was 4 PM Saturday 10/29/11 when I drove into my garage, closed the overhead door, and heard a snapping noise. I found one of the cables had broken, and I could not raise the door, even with the help of 2 neighbors. One, who had used your service, gave me your number. I called and was surprised to be told a technician would be here by 8PM. Dennis arrived at 6PM and did an excellent job of replacing both cables, rollers and springs, as well as tightening some loose hinge bolts on the door itself. I thank you again.

Dennis is an excellent employee. I am very impressed with his garage door knowledge. I had a garage door issue at 8 pm and Dennis showed up in 30 minutes, worked diligently until the repair was complete. He stayed at my house until 11:30 pm and never complained once. The door failed unexpectedly, and I saw your ad for same day service. It was a Sunday, and I appreciated your prompt response. Your technician was on time, described what he was going to do and the cost beforehand and left the garage as clean as he found it. I am very satisfied with thw service. I recently had a broken spring on my garage door. Since I have had your technicians out in the past and they did a really good job, I decided to call you again. The technician who came out fixed the spring, and also upgraded the other hardware on the door, offering a lifetime warranty on all the parts. It was expensive, but gives me piece of mind that I have quality parts installed and that you stand by the products you sell with this warranty.

It started to be a broken spring repair which ended up to include a new opener and torsion bar. I felt bad for the technician as everything he was trying (door kept on bouncing back up) wasn't working. BTW- it was labor day. Ended up him being here from 2pm until 9pm. Overall, he was helpful but I think he was frustrated in that everything we were doing, didn't seem to work.
