Billy was here ahead of time, did a spring replacement along with a complete door overhaul (13 yr old door) and corrected some issues with the original installation, no extra charge, great job

One of the selling points of selecting Precision Doors to work on my garage door opener was the lady that answered the phone and arranged the appointment for me. She assured me in no uncertian terms that somebody would be out today and get my door opener fixed or replaced. She difinetly knew the ability of technicians doing the work. She radiated customer service egerness and enthusiasm. You could feel it on the phone. A Can Do attitude was evident talking to her. Service Tech knowledge and personality was a breath of fresh air.
