I first want to thank Precision for quick response to our needs. Tech was out same day we called. Rob was the tech who serviced our door. He was very professional and thorough explaining the initial problem and he also pointed out some other issues that would become an issue in the future. I want to stress that he left the decision completely up to us in regards to addressing other issues. When the work was complete he did a thorough test of the door making absolutely sure it was working properly. I arrived home from my job when he was almost complete with repair; and yet he took the time to explain everything he had done even though said info was already explained to my wife. Your company is very fortunate to have such an employee. In the future Precision will be the company we call for any garage door issues. Sincerely John Robb

Really appreciate the prompt response and repair. Went with the overhaul as I had one broken spring and two broken cables. Got new springs, cables, rollers, drums, bearings etc. Had been really noisy. Sounds new now.

The phone receptionist was professional, took the time to diagnose my problem, and set me up with a firm time and name for my service. Great service. The technician came out to assess the issue at 8 AM on time. He completed the repairs in two to three hours. He inspected the door and installed new bottom seals as I requested. Everyone was helpful and nice from the first call for service through installation. I will use Precision again and recommend for anyone.

He had me come out and check to see that everything was working.
