So far not really impressed. I told the guys that came out to measure that I needed it done as soon as possible to reduce my insurance cost. They did not pass that along to the office. Then they got hung up on getting the Notice of Commencement signed, took a week to pick it up. I even emailed it to them. Got the request for a review before the work has started. Meanwhile I had to go ahead and pay the higher premium. No word on time frame of getting the door installed. I suppose I should start watching the news to see if they closed up and skipped town!

I have used Precision since purchasing my home in 2016. Their staff is always courteous and knowledgeable. They do not try to "upsell" you, but simply evaluate your issues and suggest solutions. Just had a routine checkup after over two years since the last time. Only needed a couple of minor adjustments and a thorough lubrication. No additional charge. Highly recommend.

Ben arrived on time as promised. I found him to be very professional and he gave me the cost for the job upfront before starting the job. I thought that the price was very fair having had garage door work on my last two homes. So far, I've just had an estimate to replace my garage door with a hurricane-rated one. The technician showed up on time and was extremely knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions. He was able to suggest approaches to deal with some unique aspects of my garage (e.g., a water pipe running above the opening, exactly where some of the hardware needs to go). He also provided several options (insulated/non-insulated; new or existing opener) and provided costs for each option. He was courteous and very professional in demeanor.

my garage door was stuck in a half way down closure as the cable wrapped around the bar as it hit my ladder, went back up.Then I went to close it the door went off track and bent the leader bar, A roller came off. called Precision and Bryan came within 2 hours lowered the door, put new cables on,sprayed all joints, checked the motor,etc. I was very pleased with his work. I purchased this from Precision in June. developed a problem with closing. They showed up early on the day promised and fixed my door in about 15 minutes. My unit came with a one year warranty for labor and 5 years for parts so there was no charge. I've dealt with two of their technicians and they were both knowledgeable and pleasant. These guys are the best!

My garage door wouldn't open on a Sunday because of a broken spring. I caller for service at 9:30am and the technician arrived at 11:30. By 12:30 the door was fixed. And no extra charge for a Sunday repair. What great service.
