Neil was fantastic. Arrived on time, explained everything he was doing and why, offered maintenance tips and cleaned up before he left. As a courtesy, he parked in the street so the weight of the truck would not damage our brick paver driveway. We had him back out two days later to do some work he suggested for proper care. thank you for your great company service. We really appreciated the visit late on a Saturday night as we could not open our garage door.
