Replaced garage door opener motor, chain and springs. Also refurbished the door with nylon rollers and new hardware (with a lifetime guarantee to the current owner). Also provided remotes and a new keypad for outside access. The entire process was complete in less than 3 hours. The response to my inquiry was quick. They offered to come within 24 hours. Tried to quiet my garage door. Knocked the decibels down a little. The installer Rob seems to be very professional and knows his business. I hired him back for more work (new wire and seals) and to replace a damaged door (to be done). Went well. The door just isn't as quiet as I think it could be.
