I picked Precision because they have the capacity to fix almost any type of garage door problem. They were able to supply me with a new remote for an out-dated system. When the first attempt failed they came out a second time with a remote that worked for no charge. Neil Trepaniere is one of the best service people that I have encountered. He was prompt and worked fast. He did more work than was requested and checked all our doors.He explained the problems with each what action we should take. He had me convinced that if the new control didn't work I should buy a new system from him. He gave me the confidence to buy the new system through Presision.

Door spring broke on a Sunday night I found your website Monday morning called in and had a service tech (Cory & George) out with in one hour, they explained options that I had for the repair and suggested to do a Complete moving parts rebuild with lifetime warranty, they were very polite and professional and had the job done and door working in about one hour. After trying to "fix" my twenty-one year old garage door opener I realized it was time for a new one. Within an hour of my call the Precision technician arrived. "Jake" was extremely professional as he explained the various types of openers available and costs. I had already gone on-line and was aware of what was appropriate. Jake completed the job in about an hour. He was polite, professional and very proficient. Highly recommended.

Precision Door provided a first rate experience and quality installation. Their scheduling was on time from the estimator, to the installation team, and the service technician. The installation team, lead by Barry, was prompt, efficient, courteous, and cleaned up after the installation. A request, the day after installation, for more remotes was satisfied within 15 minutes after calling the office by a service technician. Great job guys!
