Customer service is top notch, but there is a gripe that is worth nothing. Your tech Corey is awesome; punctual, courteous, knows his stuff, and goes out of his way to help. My gripe is with management not taking an opportunity to rectify a situation that would have cost them little and gone a long way towards word of mouth advertisement. I selected your company from an add in "Money Savers" One thing was same day service and my time was limited so I called and Rob & George came that day. Very helpful and explained what they would do. One week ago our garage door was working just fine. Then, in an instant, it stopped working and since we keep our cars in the garage, we were not able to get out of our house for the next day's appointments and activities. We found Precision through our local MoneySaver magazine and were relieved to find a company that worked on weekends. When the Precision employee, Neal, arrived bright and early the next morning, he was efficient, cheerful, explained everything that had gone wrong and gave us options of how to fix the garage door opener back to working conditions. He presented the various levels of "fixing" and let us make up our own mind on how far we wanted to go for the repair. We needed springs but we also replaced the rollers and cables at Neal's suggestion. We were pleased to hear about the lifetime warranty on parts. Our garage door has never been better! Our house is only seven years old but the repair and replacement that Neal provided makes things better than when the house was brand new. We would highly recommend Precision for anyone with garage door issues. Without a doubt, we give them 5 stars.

I called to request service for a battery issue with our garage door opener as well as general maintenance on the door and opener. Ty was here within an hour. He was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable and efficient in replacing the overhead battery as well as recommending a replacement of the door seal based on its age and potential for failure. All service was performed to my complete satisfaction and I now have a much better understanding of the operation of the door since I was not on site when it was installed. All of my questions were answered thoroughly along with other important information that was freely given. Ty is a true asset to your company and a pleasure to deal with. We noticed that the spring on our double garage door was broken. I knew we couldn't manually open the door, since it was a steel reenforced door. We then called Precision and informed them of our problem. Kaitlyn, indicated that they would have a technician at our house between 2-4 that afternoon and his name was Neil. Neil arrived within the time frame indicated and entered with all his tools and spare parts needed to repair the garage door. First, he thoroughly inspected all components of the door and suggested that we also replace the steel cables spool bearings and roller bearings. Since we were previous home owners, we were aware of many of the items he suggested we replace. WE agreed, including the lifetime warranty. Neil, then proceeded to remove the existing components and replace them with premium ones. He wasn't satisfied until they were all in place and the door was properly aligned.He then lubricated all bearings, which reduced garage door noise upon open/close operations. We were extremely pleased with his professionalism. I also indicated that we had a problem during the summer months when the sun fooled the sensor by not allowing the door to close when using a remote operator. He checked with a co-worker and they decided to reverse the placement of the send and receive sensors, which he did. Neil also indicated that if that didn't rectify the situation, to call them and they would come up with a different solution. All in all we are extremely pleased with work Neil Performed. GREAT JOB.

Great service. Called on Sunday, came within 1 hour and 2 hours later had a new garage door opener and overhaul of garage door. Service man was courteous and professional. Great job and highly recommend to anyone needing garage door work.

Great service technician: very courteous, professional and efficient. In just a brief time, he replaced a failing cable that was causing the door to improperly close, performed annual maintenance and replaced a door seal that no longer sealed. The cost was really reasonable. Thank you.

He showed up on time, was courteous and informative detailing why I had a problem with my door and explaining the fix. He fixed it quickly and efficiently and was on his way. I was very pleasantly surprised that a repair person could be sent to my house within a couple of hours on a Saturday to fix the broken spring on my auto garage door. I called Precision because they did the original installation and I was very pleased with the job they did at that time for a fair and reasonable price. Very professional!! Jake was outstanding in his quick assessment of the problem. He also checked the records and determined that we were still under warranty, saving us money. As seniors on a fixed income, that is always wonderful! He effected the repairs quickly and efficiently and was on his way. All from initial call to completed repairs in less than three hours. We noticed the spring on our double door was broken and the door wouldn't open. This occurred at night so I had to wait until the next morning to place a call for service. I called and the person said that a technician would be there by 12:00. He was! He was knowledgeable, personable, even setting up two of our folding chairs to watch his installation. I had an appointment but my son was there for the installation. The work was done professionally and because of his knowledge we did a complete service replacing some worn parts.
