I was very impressed and pleased with your service. The technician was on time and kept us informed of his arrival. Our problem was fixed AND he made a suggestion that resulted in a quiet door opening as opposed to waking up the neighborhood when we did open it! The cost was extremely reasonable and you are definitely a company I would recommend to family and friends.

We called you at 8:00 a.m. and by 11:00 Lonny was here. By 12:45 p.m. our garage door was repaired and the rest of the door was serviced. Lonny explained everything clearly and professionally. I’ve always used Precision Door, and I will continue to do so. Thank you!

Thank you very much Precision Door. A spring broke on our garage door at 4 PM. We couldn't get the door open and we had two cars inside the garage. Precision was able to get a technician to our house within an hour. Wow, we were most appreciative. Mickey was an outstanding technician. He efficiently fixed our springs and drums. More importantly, he patiently explained what he was doing and answering our numerous questions. Thank you very much, Mickey. Also, a big thanks to Sharaad. He was able to quickly redirect a technican to help us. The office staff was also very helpful. We have been a loyal Precision customer for over 10+. They have always treated us week. Thank you to everyone at Precision Garage. Tim & Joan

I have been doing business with Precision for many years. The service is excellent. When I call for my yearly checkup, which I recommend to everyone to have done, I am scheduled quick. The worker is here at the time specified and his work is excellent and the worker over what he did in the check-up. Precision also had installed my garage door a few years back. The prices are also great compared to other companies. I would not do business with any other company. I totally trust and recommend Precision to do my work and for anyone else who needs a new garage door, their door repaired or just a check-up to keep your door working great.

I have utilized Precision in the past for service. Tech Rob arrived on time. Tech was very courteous and knowledgeable. He explained everything regarding the problem and the remedies. The result was replacing the 13-year-old opener due to the faulty motherboard and failing safety switch. Bottom line, service was quick and very professional.

I have used this company several times now. When you need service with your garage door opener or garage door, they are extremely quick to arrive at your home. The service center, by far, has great customer service. Being in sales for over 45 years, customer service and customer satisfaction is most important in any business. I would highly recommend this company to all. From the "Person" not a machine, that answers the phone to the sales department or service department that comes to the home, You Cannot Beat It! Thanks to All!

Very fast response time, extremely professional and polite, took the time to throughly examine and explain what the problem was and what would be required to fix it. Mickey was our technician and he was patient and professional. He gave us all available options and was able to fix the problem the same day. Very pleased with the company’s service and efficiency.

Jeff was awesome! Our regular maintenance helps keep us from repairs and the system installed by Precision continues to work care-free and durable. Professional, knowledgeable, and respectful service staff have always been the norm. Even when we needed a spring repair it didn't break the bank. We are all in when it comes to this kind of service. Thank you very much for being a trustworthy business! PS... Being able to use the app to make sure I shut the garage door is sooooo helpful! :)

Mickey with Precision Garage Door Service was exemplary of professionalism and very knowledgeable about the product I was considering when I sought to replace my existing Genie garage door system. He knew the differences in quality and reliability and offered to answer any questions before he began his work at my house. I felt at ease and confident that Mickey knew what he was doing and I invested in a Liftmaster 8550W System that will help me maintain the value of my investment in my home and keep me safe throughout the year. Thank you for your superb craftsmanship and professionalism Mickey all the way to setting up the MyQ app on my smartphone. I will be happy to refer Precision Door Service to all of my friends and family.
