As mentioned to your two technicians, I chose Precision because I had received numerous advertisements in the mail over the past couple of years. Your techs immediately solved my garage door issue and then offered to do a diagnostic check on my door since they were here! I accepted and they not only made a couple of recommendations, but I accepted their advice to change out the 13 rollers and lubricate all fittings. I was impressed by their professionalism, shared knowledge of door mechanics and .... well, their personalities were pleasant and engaging. They concluded by recommending an annual check, so I look forward to receiving a reminder for that service in about a year. Your tops in my book - thank you! Darian O'Neil was here today for our Installation of our Belt Drive Garage Door opener. He did an excellent job. He was prompt, neat, and clean. His customer service was above average and explained in detail any issues or concerns that I had in regards to operating the remotes. I had a garage door opener that was intermittent. They tried replacing the circuit board but didnt help. They installed a new Belt Drive opener which works great and is a lot quieter. The installation was very professional and I am very Pleased.

Well it took awhile to get to the garage door repair company . I was on my third strike after 2 misses with first 2 repair men. But your service guys got it right ended buying a new lift master opener. Both repairmen that came to my house were professional new what they were doing . Not going give you names of the previous two repair men . In there case a license to do business should be required. Thank you good job would recommend your company in the future Mr. Raymond Centola

Contacted the office and was set up for service the very next day. Serviceman was extremely polite and identified the problem, made the adjustment (door wouldn't close sometimes), replaced the rollers and was done in 20 minutes! Would highly recommend Precision!!!

Needing replacement of a broken spring, I chose Precision from the yellow pages, with a short visit to their website. Ended going for a general overhaul of my 31-year old door hardware. Price probably was not the lowest, but quality of materials, workmanship, and final result were excellent, and unexpected replacement of the main torque tube was supplied gratis. The technician, Corey, was on time, courteous, very knowledgeable about his product, and able to respond to unexpected problems efficiently. Very professional in his work, he finished the job to perfection in under two hours.
