My tech was Bryan Hewitson and he did an incredible job. I had my motor replaced with one that is powerful yet silent. My garage door made a lot of noise before the replacement so I am extremely happy with how it works and sounds now. I also had springs and the center bearing replaced. I would highly recommend Precision.

After searching and talking to a few Garage Door Companies. I chose Precision, because I felt quite comfortable with the salesman that came to my home and the information he gave to me regarding the purchase of a new garage door. He answered my questions to my satisfaction. The installer were polite and worked together as a team and cleaned up afterwards. I had some concerns after the install and a technician came promptly to my home. He offered a number of ways to rectify my problem which pleased me. My call to the office as a first time customer was handled with professional courtesy and made me feel comfortable with company. An appointment was immediately set up for a technician to come out and tune up the garage door. He tuned the door up in about 30 min and just as importantly he recommended not going with a more expensive in-depth service as the door did not need it. That made me a customer for life.

technicians are friendly and helpful. they did a professional job and the product is definitely the best. my only concern was that no told me that during installation, the technicians would have to cut into my aluminum siding frame and they left a rough edge on the frame and left wood edge exposed to elements. a small additional cost to call to my handyman to cover the wood and fix the rough edges was necessary. overall good job

Thank you for a quick response, they came out the very next day and showed up early even. Very knowledgable about the garage door opener and diagnosed the logic board as being bad. We had just bought this from a local big box hardware store, and upon trying to install it ourselves was not able to get the wifi to link to our phones as well as the safety beams not working and the main bar being too short for our 8-foot door. He was in and done within an hour. Next time I'll let the professionals handle this.
