We had a broken door spring and did not have a personal referral for service. After review of internet choices we decided on Precision based on the high customer satisfaction and making it onto Angie's list. Billy was here ahead of time, did a spring replacement along with a complete door overhaul (13 yr old door) and corrected some issues with the original installation, no extra charge, great job
