One of the selling points of selecting Precision Doors to work on my garage door opener was the lady that answered the phone and arranged the appointment for me. She assured me in no uncertian terms that somebody would be out today and get my door opener fixed or replaced. She difinetly knew the ability of technicians doing the work. She radiated customer service egerness and enthusiasm. You could feel it on the phone. A Can Do attitude was evident talking to her. Service Tech knowledge and personality was a breath of fresh air. My experience with Percision was great, I would recommend your Company to anybody that needed Garage Door work.

The spring broke on main condo door, causing the door to jump off the track which in turn broke off a sprinkler head causing the Fire Dept. to respond. We could not leave until door was repaired.
