Robert came in earlier than expected, he had phoned me earlier saying he would be a little late. He showed me what I had done wrong and fixed my problem which made me very happy. Very profesional, knowledgable and excellent attitude. He also told me that I may need a new motor in the next 3 years or so. I will call Precision to replace it when it happens.
