When my daughter called your company from South Carolina to get an estimate to have my broken garage door repaired, your service technician scheduled to come the same day. The cost was less than expected so she approved the work to be done. He repaired my garage door quickly and efficiently. He explained every step of the process and showed us the broken and worn parts. He was extremely kind and courteous. He did a fabulous job. Thank you so much. Your technician was great, very courteous and prompt. Took the time to explain what had to be done and how he would take care of us. The work was completed in a timely manner and your tech, Rob, did a wonderful job. He cleaned up after himself as well as instructed my wife on how to use the new system. When one of the springs broke for my garage door this afternoon and I made the call to Precision, the phone was answered promptly and professionally and I was told the Tech would be here within an hour, well the Tech was here within 30 minutes and he started the repair immediately! and had the garage door repaired, adjusted and inspected, The Technician was professional in every way!

What wonderful service - from the first phone call after 6 p.m. to the technician finishing the job that same night. The operator was courteous and understanding of our situation, the technician called when he was on his way and was very knowledgeable about how to fix the broken garage door opener. the first time I called I needed new springs and rollers,Andrew showed up and took care do business even though it was getting late,he stayed until everything was working fine.today I called because my door was not closing,Neil came by and befor he came into the garage he spotted the problem my sensors were not aligned properly he showed me how to align them and oiled my springs and rollers to cut down on the squeaking,two class guys,i have nothing but good things to say about this company,i would recommend them in a heartbeat.thanks guys

Same day service was outstanding and promulgated on time by your expert Technician Clayton Hall. He was thorough in explaining all relative to purchase of a new Garage Door. My wife and I are elderly with multiple medical issues requiring many appointments with Labs, and a variety of Medical Doctors/Surgeons on tight schedules. Clayton assured me that your organization will do all to accommodate our schedule and provide us with the best Garage Door Package at the best possible price. Therefore , I respectfully request that Clayton be our Lead Technician for the installation of our Door. He also provided a temporary repair so that we can utilize our current door until the new door is installed. A great Atta-Boy for Clayton.

I saw an add in the money saver .I called because my belt needed to be installed due to grooves missing liftmaster replaced the belt under warranty and I felt that the reviews on your company were good and I tried your service.The technician was very professional and explained everything to me as well as go over all the service plans and upgraded parts that you provide .I think if more companies had good knowledgable techs that the consumer would not have to be so worried about service companies .I will recommend your company to friends and relatives .I unforunately was not able to get the belt installed as after the tech took down the old belt and went to install the new belt he realized that the belt was the wrong belt .I called liftmaster and they are going to send the right one out to me and then I have to call you back to install it .

Having had prior contact/work with Precision for my dad's home in 2010, and quite pleased as a customer, they were the only company I called Sunday morning after BOTH garage door springs broke the night before, trapping our vehicles inside. With an appointment window scheduled from 1-3pm, tech- nician Clayton called prior to his arrival at about 1:30, immediately confirm- ed the problem. We discussed and agreed to the repairs needed, and Clayton went to work, completing the entire task in less than 2 hours. I think it is important to convey the overall professionalism of Precision, from my first phone call, the on-line communication, and the service they provided. And, specifically, Clayton, their technician, who was prompt, courteous, knowledgable, well-prepared with necessary repair parts, efficient, and took pride in his work! I am quite satisfied with the work done, and its cost. I certainly recommend Precision for any garage door installation or repair!
