I was really very pleased with Neil the service tech. A true professional from the get go..took time to explain the whole job.. Explained how the torquemaster spring system that we had and failed, differed from the precision door spring system,even took apart the old system and showed me the break in the spring. After doing research on the Internet for garage door replacement, we found Pecision Door had great reviews. Clayton met with us on a Saturday, listened to our requests and wrote up our order. We were told the door would be installed within three weeks, and they were right on schedule. It took four hours to install our new door and the technicians/installers were so professional and pleasant. We would recommend Precision Door for any of your garage needs, whether it be minor repairs or a complete replacement door. If it were possible to give them a higher rating than a 5, this is one company that would definitely get a 10.

I called Precision because they did great work on my mom's garage door. I called Sunday afternoon because my door kept opening and closing by itself. Much to my surprise, I was told they would come that day without charging extra, and they would come within a couple of hours. Kevin showed up as promised and took care of the problem. He replaced the parts necessary, but not before giving me an explanation and price. He was friendly, respectful, and professional. When I need work done again, I will be sure to request Kevin. I had essentially taken the door out of service for 4 years by building an interior wall in front of it after removing the torsion spring. Robert S came out and assessed all the parts I saved, and put the door back into operation on the same day. The door works as quiet as when it was first installed. Precision did a great job installing it years ago the first time so I didn't consider anyone else for this task. Precision didn't let me down.
