My father recommended Precision to me, after he had his garage door repaired one week ago. My appointment was made and kept very professionally. A call was made alerting me before the repairman arrived. Jake, the repairman was very courteous and professional. He explained what needed to be done and explained the estimated cost. I followed his recommendation on parts to be replaced, leaving me certain of a long lasting repair. He demonstrated the repaired and working door before he left. The price seemed fair for the work and parts replaced, so I was a happy customer. I would recommend Precision Garage Door to any of my neighbors.

Garage door torsion spring broke Sat. morning . Called Precision door later, they sent repair man same day,and door was fixed by 4:00 PM that same day . Work was done exactly as said. Very clean and professional. Would absolutely use them again. Having the right spring for the weight of door is very important. My door now works better and quieter than before .

Neil is 'Mister Garage Door'. He knows his stuff, does excellent professional work, and does it with the greatest of expediency. He is a likeable fellow, expresses himself well, prompt, congenial and respectful. He rebuilt my garage door, and now it works like magic. I'd say you folks need to hang on to him as long as you can - he's good for business, and he knows his business.

We were very pleased with the service and work that Niel did. It was an emergency appointment. He arrived after 10:00 pm and never complained. He even offered to overhaul our springs, rollers and the like. He did it right then, was there after midnight and said it was all in a days work. This is the third time that we have had precision work on our door. Best place ever...............five stars for sure

Precision Garage Door was Johhny On The Spot! I was contacted within minutes of my request. An appointment was made the same afternoon to get my garage doors problem tended to. I received an email from them first indicating to me the name and photo of the technician who will be responding to my home. As a retired police officer, I found this method extremely important to it could help ease a home owners possible concerns that they may have when it comes to their safety; namely the lady of the house. Neil was on time and first explained what he can do to take care of the needs of my garage door that needed care after 14 years of none. He was super courteous, knowledgeable and took care of maters within a short time. Will I call Precision again for garage door problems? Most definitely!

The repairman was on time and very courteous. He explained how the door works and what he needed to do. My door was very noisy and some parts needed to be replaced. I was disappointed that I was not able to use coupons from Precision's advertisements, but Jake gave me a $25.00 coupon to use since I had Precision install new rollers last year. Since I now have a lifetime warranty on the parts, I hope I will not have to call again for repairs to be done.

Precision has always given us excellent service and we especially are grateful for the same-day response. Our tech, Neil, was professional, personable, courteous, thorough, explained what needed to be done and did every chore with total expertise. He worked late in to the night and made certain everything was in perfect working order after which he cleaned the area and ensured that we were satisfied customers. Neil is an asset to Precision! As usual, we are happy with the results and suggest Precision to our neighbors. Precision could teach a seminar on "customer satisfaction" to other companies in the area and Neil could be an instructor!

I called the office and was able to receive same day service with an appointment that was set for two hours after my call. Your technician Neal called to let me know he was on his way prior to the scheduled appointment. This was much appreciated. He verified the problems (more than just a broken spring) and provided an immediate quote before starting the repairs. I went with the "Overhaul Special Package". His work was excellent - very professional even correcting earlier work that wasn't up to snuff. All debris were cleaned up removed and proper operation verified. The whole system sounds quieter and with the lifetime warranty I am confident that my wife has one less item to be concerned with. Again you have an outstanding employee in Neal Trepanier. He represents your company well! Earns you 5 Stars.

They certainly live up to their word. My garage door torsion spring just snapped late Saturday afternoon. I called the number from their website and was told to expect a service call at 8:00 the next morning, Sunday. Clayton was there right on time, gave me an analysis and a couple of options and in little over an hour the repairs were complete and all new hardware on the door. Could not have asked for better service

I did purchase more items than I am allowed to say in the questionnaire below (ref my invoice). Overall, I was very satisfied with the technician's explanation of what needed to be done. It was logical and sound which is why I followed his recommendations. I still need some work to be done but expect it to of as high a quality as the previous work done. I rate you 5 Stars.

Precision was able to give me an idea of what may be the cause of the problem when I called to schedule a service call. This was confirmed when the technician checked the garage door. The repair took about a half hour and the price was more than reasonable. I would definitely use Precision again.

Precision installed our door when we had the house built. We have used your company for every repair that was done to the door. I have always been happy with the technician that came to the house but this time Neil was the gentleman sent. He was so thorough and took the time to find out what the problem was even though the door was working properly when he came. I asked him why he had never come before and had he just started with the company and his reply was that he was with the company for 5 years and that he very much enjoyed his job but was usually deployed further South. As far down as Vero Beach but he had been in Palm Bay so the company sent him up to us. Thank you very much. I will make it a point to ask for Neil whenever I need any further service with the Garage door. He was on time, polite and cared about what service he performed for us. We have complained to a couple of other techs that when the door wouldn't work. It just hummed but they never found anything. As soon as Neil heard the hum he said its the Capacitor. Climbed the ladder and replaced the Capacitor and the door is working fine. THANK YOU NEIL and the Company should be glad to have someone so professional working for them. I was a repeat Precision customer, since they installed my garage door 11 years ago. When my 16-year old opener failed, I called them. They were able to send technicians within a few hours, and the techs called when they were on their way. After showing me what was wrong, they gave me the option of repair or replacement, explaining the price for both. I chose to have them install a new opener, which they did quickly and efficiently. They were professional, polite and considerate, and answered all my questions. Very happy with Rob and George, and Precision.

CONGRATULATIONS! You are operating your business the way consumers expect a business to be operated. Too frequently the service falls short of the advertised experience. I'm extremely pleased with the professionalism in making scheduled appointment calls in a timely fashion, being neat and tidy during and after repairs as well as being courteous throughout.
