Rob was excellent on this service call. I had assumed the i had damaged the motor. Not so' the springs needed to be readjusted. Rob went thru the entire unit and door. Verifying everything was up to spec, which it was. He took his time and answered the questions i had in plain terms, which was easy to understand. Kudos to his knowledge and understanding of this product. If their is a rating above 5 he deserves it..

Had a problem with my garage door, it was a Sunday afternoon, I called Precision and they answered immediately. It was such a pleasure speaking with Brian, he was very welcoming, knowledgeable, helpful and professional . After explaining the issues I was having he gave me an appointment for the next morning. I immediately received a confirmation email giving me the name and credentials of the technician I should expect at my home. Precision gave us a good price on a brand new Hurricane Master (DAB)garage door. It included a new door opener, all the rails and trim. The installation was perfect - Thanks Garret and Dustin! Tech was on time. fixed broken mtg brkt, recommended replacing rollers which saved me money. The finished opener mounting looks first class and should never break again. Charge was reasonable. I will put Precision Garage Doors on my list for anything to do with garage doors for the future.
