5Star for sure. Broken cable and springs on garage door. Called today at 1:00 pm. Door technician Rob arrived 3:15pm and repaired door. Installation took 2 hours. Rob was great. Took time to go over operation of door. Would definitely recommend this company. I’m sure all technicians are good but ask for Rob.

I could not be happier with the garage door service I received. The technician, Rob, arrived within an hour of my initial call and had all the parts required to complete the job. Rob explained every detail and all of my options for the different levels of repairs available. I went with a rebuild which included, springs, rollers, bearings and a complete lubrication, setup and adjustment of my opener. Rob was very knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. Thanks to Rob we now have a "quiet" door again. Rob was excellent on this service call. I had assumed the i had damaged the motor. Not so' the springs needed to be readjusted. Rob went thru the entire unit and door. Verifying everything was up to spec, which it was. He took his time and answered the questions i had in plain terms, which was easy to understand. Precision gave us a good price on a brand new Hurricane Master (DAB)garage door. It included a new door opener, all the rails and trim. The installation was perfect - Thanks Garret and Dustin! Very pleased with the door, the installation, and customer service/coordination...…. Everything happened when it was supposed to at the price we were told to expect.
