I HIT THE JACKPOT! I finally chose the right garage door company to replace my sick garage door opener. I have been in my home for 38 eight years and have had multiple garage door openers replaced. They not only replaced the opener but also replaced both the indoor and outdoor keypad and the car remote. A broken spring made it impossible to get our cars out of the garage. We called the company which installed our garage door, but they couldn't get anyone out until 3 days later. We then called your company, and got an appointment for 6:00 PM the same day - Rob actually arrived an hour earlier. Rob explained the options available to us, and replaced both springs and bearings in 30+ minutes! Rob was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. We will definitely call Precision again should we need service in the future, and will definitely recommend your company to friends and family.
