I went to thank ROB for being a professorial installer. Everything we asked for he was able to give us. He came to install a garage door open and key pad. and as I spoke to him he made me feel he knew his job well. We were able to get the garage opener and key pad and also explained to us how we could have one key pad for both doors. all the work was done to our standards. No mess left in garage. Rob S. did my annual inspection. He was prompt, very professional and thorough, taking me through each step of the inspection. This is our second time using Precision to service our garage door. Both experiences have been fantastic. Making the appointment was easy and we received an appointment the same day. We have been lucky to have Rob as our technician both times. He was very friendly and explained everything in detail to both myself and my wife. Within an hour our garage door was back and perfect working order. The price was about what we had expected for parts and service. Rob did a great job he explained how the garage door system worked to me. The issue was the door springs not balancing the door weight. Rob replaced the springs the the door worked like new. He was early to the appointment and finished the work quickly. I would use Precision Door again and recommend them to my neighbors.

It is a really smart move to put your sticker right on the garage door. When mine stopped working yesterday I looked up(in despair) and lo and behold! I saw your sticker and the best part was that you don't charge extra for weekend appointments. Thanks for that. Rob was great too. Thank goodness I did not need any major repairs. I really appreciate that he provided an honest assessment of what was needed and didn't take advantage of my emergency situation to try to upcharge or sell me a new garage door. This is good business practice but, sadly, in this day and age, good business practice is a rarity. Just wanted to let you know I would definetely recommend you to anyone who needs garage door maintenance or even a new garage door......and dont stop putting your stickers on your doors! AND kudos to Rob.

I give them 5stars I always choose Precision Garage Door. They are prompt, courteous and know how to fix the problem. I called because of a broken spring. I got the whole rework today and am glad I did. The tech found both lift cables beginning to fray. I definitely recommend this company.
