My two car garage door broke with our new car in the garage. We called and the technician showed up the same day. We received a text telling us the technician was on the way with the name and photo of the technician. When the technician arrived, he wrote up an estimate with two options to choose from. We chose the overhaul repair and the technician got started right away. The technician was Jeff Dineen and was very professional and explained in detail the repair to my wife and I. Hello. I have used Precision Garage door to replace a garage door and motor at a house I sold. Then I hired them to put a new motor and track on my condo's garage door. Then today, I had them install a keyed lock which I can use to open my garage door when the electricity goes down. I am not kidding, each time they come out I find their technicians to be knowledgeable and precise in their work. They answer my questions without making me feel less than smart. He worked with me to remove the old garage door opener, let me remove an old, broken fluorescent light while he was setting up, explained everything he was doing, and did an excellent job installing the door, ensuring it worked properly, ensuring I could set up the app and wifi controls (and physical buttons), and walking me through all the pricing and warranty.
