It works SO much better. I am very happy with the service and if I have another garage door issue of any kind, I will call Precision for sure.

"JEFF DINEEN." arrived exactly on time and proceeded to repair not only the broken spring, but when asked if it was possible to upgrade the door (new rollers plus heavy duty cables, and both springs per my request) I was very impressed that he had all of the new equipment on his truck, and upon completion he thoroughly lubed all moving parts. And all of this on a Saturday and at a reasonable price. Therefore, I have to give Jeff 10 stars for his knowledge, professionalism, and pleasant personality. To say the least, my wife and I are extremely happy with the results. We would recommend your company to anyone in the future.

I would strongly recommend Precision to anyone needing help with their garage door. Appointment was made promptly, I got updates from their office as to tech arrival time, and even a phone call from the tech telling me he was about 10 minutes away. Turned out to be 9 minutes !
