We shopped around for someone to come and fix our garage door spring right before the Independence Holiday. It broke right after we cleaned out the garage, and we wanted it fixed right away. We called Precision because they are 24/7 operation and they got us in within a few hours of the initial call! We got our spring replaced, the wheels and cables, and the chain lubricated. It is like we have a whole new door! Brian even got the dust out before he left! That is some professional service I can appreciate! Thank you!

Extraordinarily pleased with the spring repair and overhaul of the main garage door that Bryan and AJ did! They were punctual, very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and friendly. I think they even went beyond what was required by replacing two light bulbs on the motor box and straightening the sweep at the bottom of the golf cart garage door; I had mentioned that I had lined things up along the bottom to keep the snakes out. I called for a broken spring. Tech installed new spring and found out motor would not work. Installed new motor. job cost more than I expected but it was repaired and now working with the help of the technician that made all the repairs in the same call as he had all parts in his truck and did not have to make another cal. Door works and I am happy

You did several garage doors in our neighborhood so I kept seeing your trucks. We got a new door, opener and outside keypad. Perfect install. We needed service recently as my husband tried to make a new code for the keypad and screwed it up so even the door wouldn’t open when pushing the indefensible button. My tech was Bryan Hewitson and he did an incredible job. I had my motor replaced with one that is powerful yet silent. My garage door made a lot of noise before the replacement so I am extremely happy with how it works and sounds now. I also had springs and the center bearing replaced. Great service! I was really happy that your staff worked on Saturday because we could not get our cars out of the garage. One spring was broken and the extra weight of the hurricane protection and insulation made it too heavy to raise manually. I was even more delighted that you were able to get Bryan over here later in the day and he did a great job of installing new springs and bearings. He was very polite,friendly and courteous. When I called and heard your description of the steps you are taking to avoid exposure to CID-19 I was comforted and impressed. Later in the evening when I remembered signing off with my finger on his Ipad I thought "I wonder if he disinfected the screen after the previous customer had signed the same screen". I also assume that he disinfected his hands after the earlier job since he handled my credit card. I have no reason to think he didn't take these precautions but thought I should mention this. My 30 year old steel garage door had a broken spring. I called first thing in the morning to setup an appointment. I was surprised to be able to get an appointment the same day. As the morning went on I received calls to inform me of delays that were occurring with the service technician. I welcomed these calls so I could run a few errands instead of sitting at home. When the service technician, Bryan Hewlston, arrived he went right to work evaluating the door and recommended and door refurbishment. Bryan did a great and efficient job, he is friendly and easy to talk with. He completely explained what he did and what I could expect.. My door now operates correctly and is quieter than it has been in years. I highly recommend your company
