Outstanding Customer Service delivered by Bryan Hewitson. We typically have our garage doors serviced (preventive maintenance) annually and this technician exceeded all expectations. He explained the spring repair process and patiently answered all our questions specifically when we decided to select the overhaul of moving parts option based on the age of our garage door. Was very polite and not pushy. Definitely did not rush the repair and overhaul. Attention to detail was evident and made sure we were satisfied with the work prior to departure. Will use this company again in the future.
