Keith was very professional and courteous. He was available earlier than scheduled and called to let me know he could arrive early. The control board on my garage door opener had failed and he gave me options for the repair. He installed a new board, cleaned electrical contacts, verified everything was working properly, and made adjustments on the garage door track that eliminated noise and made it operate smoothly. Everything works better than before! I liked the flexible payment options for cash, check, or credit card and the flexible appointment times. Very satisfied!

No complaints about your technician: he was polite and professional. I am dissatisfied with being told my door couldn't be repaired and HAD TO BE REPLACED. I just find it somewhat difficult to believe that the door that was functioning perfectly a few days ago is now totally irreparable. If it is just a matter of saying you prefer not to make those kinds of repairs, then OK. But now I have to get some more companies out here to look at it and repair it. If I had the wherewithal to replace the door now, I would and I would use your company. You come highly recommended and you've done good work here before. But it's not satisfying to get such an incredible dignosis.

I called Precision to help fix my garage door when my belt was stripped, which prevented the door to go up or down. Within 30 minutes of calling on a Sunday, Casey, a service representative with Precision, arrived at my home. Casey was extremely friendly and professional. Casey provided me with multiple options on the repairs that could be made, and never pressured us into making a decision. Casey made the required repairs extremely fast, and explained to me the process on installing a new belt. Casey provided exceptional customer service, and portrayed expert knowledge on garage door repairs. I look forward to using Precision in the future for garage door repairs, and I would personally request Casey to continue to service my family, and my home with regards to garage doors. Thank you

Casey was great. He was ahead of schedule so called me to see if he could come over early or just at the scheduled time. Very polite, quickly assessed the issue and gave me a quote on the repair. Since all my parts were on warranty all I had to pay was a small reasonable labor charge. Garage door is as good as new in less than an hour. Incredible great service!

The garage door was making so much noise something had to be done. Not even 2 years old. I was told the most inferior parts were used and it would be a matter of time before more damage would happen. New rollers , springs , cables have silenced the door so much, I don't have to worry about waking the neighborhood any more. Thank You Jay for all your help.
