I have used Precision in the past so when I needed a new door & opener I picked them. The guys showed up on time and installation went smoothly. It took about 4 hors and they worked well as a team. The opener had a malfunction 2 days later and the technician came out in a couple hours, diagnosed the problem and corrected it. The guys are easy to deal with, courteous and competent.

We used Precision when we lived in PA so we were very well aware of the quality of service that would be provided and we were certainly not disappointed. The experience was excellent. The representative was courteous, knowledgeable , and very professional. The cost estimate is fair and reasonable. My garage door hardware was falling apart and I thought a repair would work. I called Precision because I had done business with them in Orlando and had a great experience with them. I just had my garage door yearly maintenance performed. Great job! The Tec was excellent and informative. He explained the nomenclature of the hurricane door, which I was curious about. I get a lot of comments on the quietness of the doors closing.
