The technician arrived earlier than scheduled (which was great). He was polite and answered all our questions. He explained what he was going to do and informed us of our charges up front. We are very pleased with Keith. We would use Precision again.

We chose Precision Door at our new home in Melbourne since we used your company at our home in Merritt Island with a professional, outstanding experience and will always continue to do so. David Brooks was the technician that serviced our home here in Melbourne and i can not give enough accolades about him and his knowledge and his how fantastic a job that he did. He is a person that represents your company completely. He replaced the main motor with the new belt job and all that went along to complete the job along with full instructions.. This was a wonderful experience.

a new name for your company should be " SUPERIOR GARAGE DOOR SERVICE " WOW ....... i had difficulty with my garage door opener a couple months back a a friend told me about precision garage doors. it was great advice ............ the two technicians gave me various options and suggestions. i opted for a repair of my old opener. the two were very kind. they both suggested a new opener and i wish i had taken their advice. i experienced difficulty again and "GARRET" responded and he happened to be one of the original technicians from my prior service. he installed my new garage door opener today and explained everything ! he is a kind gentleman and know his business. it seems that i have delt with kind / knowledgeable professionals at every level including my initial call to your company to the kind professional doing a follow -up quality control call. please convey my sincere appreciation to "GARRET" and every one on your team. with true respect and appreciation, "RICH"

I chose your firm because the phone number indicated you were in my area. Your agent arrived promptly and instructed mme on proper customer door maintenance. Unfortunately, the Multi- Functional Door Control Panel was not available. The Lift-Master company did have one now being mailed to me. I will contact you when I need a new door system

I was very impressed and pleased that your company was able to schedule an appointment the day after I called about our garage door problem. Although I wasn't home when the technician, Jason, came to our home, my wife said he was very friendly, nice, and professional, and was able to quickly resolve the problem. Thanks very much, Jason!

Your technician did a GREAt job and is wonderful young man. He fixed both the opener and some aspects of the garage door. Your prices, however, are a little excessive: $309 for an hour's work.

Garret and Casey called before arrival - and arrived on time. Did sn assessment of my door/malfunction (broken spring, cracked hinge plate, panel roller shafts deteriorating) and provided me with 3 options as to what could be done. Very cordial/friendly and told me the option I selected would take a little over an hour to complete - new Springs (2), new Ball Bearing Rollers (All), new Cables (2 = HD), and new Cable Drums (L-C-R)....and they were right on time!!!
