Called Precision when I got home around 1 p.m. and found the garage door not working. By 2:30, they had arrived and fixed the door. Couldn't be happier with them. This is the second time I've needed them in four years. Both times, they were here within hours.

Corey gave a thorough explanation of repairs needed due to Hurricane Irma damage. He went over all my options as well as necessities. Very courteous as well and professional. My appointment was actually for noon but he called at 9:50 confirm and offer coming early if that would be a better fit. I promptly received an estimate in writing. Many options were gone over. No pressure on a purchase today. Very profession and very respectful.

I had a problem with my garage door opener. My husband had died recently and I knew nothing about them My Precision tech was so helpful. He explained everything to me. I not only had a definite problem with my opener but my springs were so tight I had hurt my back raising the door by hand the day before He found that the springs were too tight and causing stress on the door. He adjusted the springs and installed a new opener and I am very pleased.

My plans when calling you guys were to purchase a new opener, ours was 14 yrs old and the new one is so sleek and pretty I just had to have it. I am very pleased with everything.
