After walking me through and showing me what was the issue, he provided quotes, and got to work. Corey was great, very informative and helpful, worked quickly, and fixed the issue! Corey did a pretty good job. He explained things pretty well. When he was at the house showing me the door going up and down it made a slight noise he said what is wrong and the noise went away. After the door set away I opened the garage door and the door jerked and scared me when it opened. You can see the door needs adjusted a little. Need Corey or someone to come back and adjust the door. It does it after the door has set awhile. It will not do it when you open the door right away. Please come back and adjust my garage door

One of my garage door springs broke this morning. I called Precision and they sent their Technician Leigh M to fix my problem. Leigh did a great job replacing my broken springs and made sure all of the garage door parts and lift motor were in excellent condition. I appreciate the fact they scheduled me as soon as they could fit me in 6 to 8 pm and then they found a way to make it happen sooner. Leigh arrived at 3:30 and was finished by 4:30 pm.
