I called service when my garage door wouldn't close. First, I want to again thank the person who answered the phone and calmly walked me through the manual override to get it shut. She scheduled and appointment for the next day. The technicians (Leigh & Casey) arrived as scheduled and got right to work. They took care of the problem and also inspected the rest of the door. Leigh made some suggestions to"make it better". I totally agreed! They took care of it right away without having to come back. Very professional, knowledgeable and personable technicians. I appreciate all of their efforts. JOB WELL DONE!!!

The Technician, Chris Green, very knowledgeable and curious. He started off with exam of the system which was 4 years old and installed by precision and then showed me what needed attention. I already knew the spring system would need adjustment having gone through this procedure previously. Replaced what needed to be replace at reasonable cost. I know to lube the trolley system, have not done this for 2 years. He informed me of a yearly maintenance plan that will perform that service for me at a reasonable price. I have made referral to people in the past regarding Precision Garage door service.

Chris was prompt and professional. He conducted a thorough inspection of the door and opener system and made specific recommendations to improve the function of the door. Chris was particularly careful to properly size the new springs and he removed a twist in the chain that periodically caused the door to fail to close. Door is now much quieter and works well. I would definitely use Precision for any future door repairs. Thanks!

Casey was a very courteous and professional, a very nice young man. He diagnosed the problem we were having and after his safety inspection pointed out things that were no longer code. We authorized his suggestions and he was done in no time! The entire job was completed within 3 1/2 hours of my initial phone call. The door now opens quietly and runs as smooth as silk!
