I CONTACTED PRECISION DOOR SERVICE BECAUSE THEY HAD INSTALLED MY GARAGE DOOR OPENER BACK IN 1990 SOON AFTER MY HOME WAS BUILT. MY RECENT REPAIR REQUIRED THE REPLACEMENT OF SPRINGS AND DRUMS. THE TECHNICIAN, "TODD" WAS OBVIOUSLY AN EXPERIENCED PROFESSIONAL. HE COMMUNICATED THE CAUSE AND REMEDY OF THE PART(S) FAILURE IN A VERY ARTICULATE MANNER. TODD COMPLETED THE WORK EXPEDITIOUSLY AND FIELDED MY QUESTIONS TO MY COMPLETE SATISFACTION. IT IS ALWAYS REFRESHING IN THESE TIMES TO MEET PROFESSIONAL SERVICE TECHS WHO TAKE PRIDE IN THEIR WORK. IT GOES WITHOUT SAYING HOW WELL THIS REFLECTS ON COMPANY IMAGE AND REPUTATION. TODD IS AN VALUABLE ASSET.... THANK YOU AND KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

Service was Outstanding and Professional from the time they picked up the phone until the job was completed. Dustin arrived at my house within 45 minutes of my call and offered me a couple of options for the repair, I chose one and he got to work and was done in 1 hour. I could not believe how quiet my garage door was when he finished! I would highly recommend Precision Door Service to my family friends, and neighbors! They are the Best!! Thank You!!

The technician was right on time; he performed the required service, made the necessary adjustments and replaced the door rollers in less than an hour at a reasonable price. He explained everything that he was doing, including, for my future reference, the points to lubricate and the proper lubricant to use. This was a first-time experience with Precision Garage Door Service but it will certainly not be the last. It's good to know that there are companies out there such as Precision when you need them.
