We are just ecstatic by the service provided by Precision Door Service. Billy is an absolute professional and very nice! It meant so much to us that they could provide same day service as we don't live full time in the area. The whole experience was pleasurable right from the start.

One of my laser eyes was (is) acting up and I could not get a consistent beam with my green light. I was not aware how simple the fix seemed to be until Tim stopped by on a service call and adjusted the camera and all seemed well. Unfortunately, soon after he left the green light went off, and unfortunately I can not seem to get it back on line consistently again. Tim was great, no problem with him. It did appear that the fix was made. However, within a day, I am back to where we started, with no consistent solid beam with the laser eyes. Costly appointment with no long term satisfaction.
