Ty did a five star job. We replaced the opener, new springs, rollers, remote, key pad. He checked the door and greased or sprayed all moving parts. Took time to insure that the button in the car was reprogrammed. A VERY PROFESSIONAL JOB. Would recommend your company to any of our associates. You had done work for our grandson and we got your name from him.

Well the reason i called you is because your the only game in town. Your man a week go could not fix my problem. Tried to sell me a new door opener. The problem i fixed myself temporally. It only worked for a few days then failed. I called you expecting to have to put in a new one. When I called Rob Sephenson arrived. He fixed my problem in 5 minutes. I didn't have to put in a new one. I am now your customer totally because of Rob. and only Rob. If I have any problems in the future I will call you and ask for Rob. Do you get the message?

We are very happy with the performance of the technician, Clayton, who was out this morning to repair our door opener. The cable snapped and would not allow the door to be electronically opened. Clayton was not only professional but arrived earlier than our scheduled time frame (yes, he called first to make sure the new time would be okay). He repaired the cable and performed unexpected, but much needed, maintenance on the opener unit. Thank you Precision for your continuing professionalism.

We purchased a garage door opener and needed installation and were pleased with how quickly an appointment was arranged. Our technician was Neal Trepanier, and we were very pleased with his professionalism and expertise. He made suggestions of parts needed for our 20 year old system - spring, rollers and bearing plates. The installation was completed in approximately two hours. Techs responded within two hours, replaced both springs within one hour. Techs were professional. Cost of two replacement springs including labor was. over $300.00 I thought that was a bit high but I guess the company needs profit to stay in business.

Delighted with same day service. Sunday evening at that. Everything was great from initial service call placement to follow up phone call I made for clarification purposes. We had a service appointment for 8 AM this morning. We received an e-mail confirmation of this time, actually between 8 and 10 today, which included photos of the technicians. I so appreciate this concern for the customer’s security and safety. Rob called this morning – a few minutes before 8 to notify us he had been delayed at the warehouse and his GPS showed he would probably get here about 8:30. He wanted to warn me he would be “late” when he was well within the parameters of our scheduled appointment. When he arrived, actually a few minutes before his estimated travel time, he was professional, proficient, and polite. He quickly assessed the problems with our garage door, thoroughly explained all repair costs, offered clear explanations of our options, and to our great surprise, had all the equipment he needed to fix our problem. We had feared we would have an assessment/estimation visit and then have to schedule another time for the installation. After a quick call to your office to make sure that he wasn’t slotted for another job until after 11 AM, he got to work. It was clear that he knew exactly what he was doing. He was efficient in removing the defective parts, successful in replacing them, and such a pleasant person to have working here. He schooled us in the use of our new equipment and confirmed any information we might need for future care, including the e-mails we could expect, such as the invoice and warranty. Because of the skill of his craftsmanship and the quality of his professionalism, if ever we do need additional service we will be sure to request Rob Stephenson. He is an asset to your company.
