My beautiful 12 year old Clopay 2 Car Garage Door had been damaged. I tried to fix it myself and soon realized the damage was "over my head"! I check the internet then cross checked with the Better Business Bureau and Angies List. Precision came out on top. They arrived early (great) and quoted a high cost to repair (not great). When the tech explained the details of the repair and pointed out a lot of damage I had not even noticed plus Precisions warranty, I knew I would have 12+ more years of worry free service if I allowed the best door to be repaired by the best techs. We called on a Sunday to have someone fix our doors which weren't opening or closing on probably Monday. Corey came within two hours and fixed the problem which was loose wiring. He found another problem though and recommended a "fix" for it which we have pursued now. Corey was great and we are very happy with Precision Door Service.

I have had to use Precision Door twice for repairs to my older garage door and they have been great both times. Found the garage door spring broken when I got home from work. Precision's website said their service was available until 11p.m. so I called and got an appointment between 8 and 10. Jake called me and let me know when he expected to arrive and was able to be there at 9. By 930, the door was working and he was pulling away. Great service and professionalism. Highly recommend.

I discovered a broken spring on my garage door late at night when the door had failed to open remotely and was difficult to open manually. I looked in the web for service and called Precision Garage Doors which was the first Google hit. I setup an appointment for the following morning. They came around 10:30 and in less than 1 hour replaced the spring with the correct one (an incorrect spring had been initially installed) and recommended to replace the rollers in packed bearings as well. My door is now like brand new. Thanks Jake Huntress for an excellent service and demeanor.
