We had Rob S out to perform maintenance on our 15 year old garage door opener/system. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything about the system, confirming things I was familiar with from previous experience. I thought we would have to replace the opener & rollers soon based on age and wear that I knew about, and that matched what he found. He gave us an estimate on a new system since my Stanley was no longer in production. It was just a matter of time. He was very thorough, personable and answered all my questions. When the opener failed on 11-27, at 6:30 PM, I called Precision since I had such a positive experience. Jake arrived promptly on 11-28, confirmed everything Rob had said and gave the same quote. I had several problems with my garage door and the opener. The tech was very knowledgeable and kept me informed every step as what needed repaired he was trying to save me money but in the end I still needed to replace the opener along with the repairs. He did stay until the job was completed and I was instructed on the how to work it and minor upkeep of the system. He cleaned everything up before he left. Job well done. Thank you.
