Broken spring. Replaced two springs, lift drums, 10 nylon rollers, cables, adjusted. balanced and lubed all parts. Lifetime guaranteed. Double garage door become broken. Suspected broken spring(s). Called Precision at 11:00 AM and was informed a service technician would come between 5-7 PM. Received a call from technician, Rob, that we would be at house in 25 minutes. Rob promptly arrived at 5 PM. Springs were defective. Rob explained different options to repair door. I accepted option of replacing springs and all moving parts, rollers, lift drums and cables. Received lifetime warranty on parts replaced. Rob is very professional and explained all to me as well as care suggestions.

I called Precision Garage Doors because my door came off it's track when a roller popped off. Their technician, Rob, came out within a few hours and did a thorough evaluation of all the moving parts before explaining his findings and my options. He was very knowledgeable and had ready answers to my questions. I chose to have all the moving parts replaced since they were at the end of their useful life and received a discount for that package of services. I was very pleased with the function of the door after the repair- especially how quietly it operates. I will definitely use this company again and recommend them to others.
