Customer service is horrible. They are not responsible for their work according to the secretary.. so I did not have them service their own work that they messed up on. I also found out that they did not put the factory parts on my garage door; That I paid for, but precision used their own parts which would not allow me in the future. To use my 5 year warranty guarantee for the door.

Memorial Day weekend on Saturday morning heard a spring snap, thought we would be stranded all weekend. One call and by 1:30 we were good to go. Found some other things wrong which I agreed with. my garage door was stuck in a half way down closure as the cable wrapped around the bar as it hit my ladder, went back up.Then I went to close it the door went off track and bent the leader bar, A roller came off. called Precision and Bryan came within 2 hours lowered the door, put new cables on,sprayed all joints, checked the motor,etc. I was very pleased with his work.
