I called Precision Garage Door Service around 3:30, I was given an approx time that someone would be out. Less than 3 hrs and a service person showed up. He called 30 min prior to arriving. Neal was extremely professional & knowledgeable. He explained in detail what needed to be done to secure a safe garage door. We also received a detailed list of costs. Loved the same day service and the excellent information we received from Neal, our service person.

Called the day after Memorial Day, for service on the garage door springs. Had a tech here by 10am that day! Neal explained all the options after carefully examining all of the mechanisms. Easy to locate online, I spoke with David who professionally arranged my service needs. Excellent service provided by Cory (highly recommend), a most courteous and knowledgeable technician exhibiting a most professional demeanor. Beside replacing a 10 year old broken tension spring, I decided after considering my options, which were detailed by Cory, to go with overhauling all moving parts ... best decision, in my opinion.
