Casey C and John A (tech in training) arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the job. I knew I needed a new opener and Casy C agreed that it was better to replace a 10 yr opener rather than repair. He did find that the springs were not holding the door up properly and recommended they be replaced as this probably contributed to the gear stripping on the opener. New springs a center roller, new bottom weather seal and new Liftmaster 8550 opener all installed programed all remotes including vehicle and outside keypad in 1 ½ hrs in 92 degree heat. Great service, clean and courteous, very impressed and highly recommend Precision for your garage door needs.

It's good to know customer service is not dead! I was scheduled an appointment in a very timely manner. I received an email confirmation of my appointment with the name and picture of the service technician coming to my house. Along with the picture was a link to reviews of my technician. My technician Keith was very knowledgeable and able to diagnose the problem quickly and fix the issue in a timely manner. He was very courteous and willing to educate me on the issue and how he fixed it. He also went above and beyond and corrected the limits I had set on my garage opener so that it was set correctly and replaced some rusty bolts on the arm connecting my opener to my garage door. I cannot say thank you enough. You have a customer for life and I will recommend you to anyone I know who needs their garage door repaired.
