I called Precision Door at 8 am and they had a technician at my house by 12:30. It turned out to be an electrical outage due to a storm last night. Precision Door was great. The service tech showed up on time (he called me to let me know he was on his way); he installed the key pad I'd requested quickly and competently (and showed me how to change the code if needed) and he replaced a door roller that had broken; and, we had a productive talk about garage doors, hurricanes, and insurance. He was very knowledgeable and I appreciated the information. I'll definitely call Precision Door when I'm ready to replace my garage door.

The chat feature on the site allowed me to schedule our door repair at 6am on a Saturday, from bed, with an appointment for 11am the same day.
