The Technician, Chris Green, very knowledgeable and curious. He started off with exam of the system which was 4 years old and installed by precision and then showed me what needed attention. I already knew the spring system would need adjustment having gone through this procedure previously. Replaced what needed to be replace at reasonable cost. I know to lube the trolley system, have not done this for 2 years. He informed me of a yearly maintenance plan that will perform that service for me at a reasonable price. I have made referral to people in the past regarding Precision Garage door service.

What GREAT service. What professional personnel! Woke up to a broken door spring and could not raise the garage door. Fortunately one car was outside and didn’t interrupt our mornings plan. We called about 9:00 and were told a technician would be available about 12:00. By 12:15 technician Keith had diagnosed the problem and given us three options for repair. My appointment was actually for noon but he called at 9:50 confirm and offer coming early if that would be a better fit. I promptly received an estimate in writing. Many options were gone over. No complaints about your technician: he was polite and professional. I am dissatisfied with being told my door couldn't be repaired and HAD TO BE REPLACED. I just find it somewhat difficult to believe that the door that was functioning perfectly a few days ago is now totally irreparable. If it is just a matter of saying you prefer not to make those kinds of repairs, then OK. But now I have to get some more companies out here to look at it and repair it. If I had the wherewithal to replace the door now, I would and I would use your company. You come highly recommended and you've done good work here before. But it's not satisfying to get such an incredible dignosis.
