Corey did a pretty good job. He explained things pretty well. When he was at the house showing me the door going up and down it made a slight noise he said what is wrong and the noise went away. After the door set away I opened the garage door and the door jerked and scared me when it opened. You can see the door needs adjusted a little. Need Corey or someone to come back and adjust the door. It does it after the door has set awhile. It will not do it when you open the door right away. Please come back and adjust my garage door

One of my garage door springs broke this morning. I called Precision and they sent their Technician Leigh M to fix my problem. Leigh did a great job replacing my broken springs and made sure all of the garage door parts and lift motor were in excellent condition. I appreciate the fact they scheduled me as soon as they could fit me in 6 to 8 pm and then they found a way to make it happen sooner. Leigh arrived at 3:30 and was finished by 4:30 pm.

Tech was on time. fixed broken mtg brkt, recommended replacing rollers which saved me money. The finished opener mounting looks first class and should never break again. Charge was reasonable. I will put Precision Garage Doors on my list for anything to do with garage doors for the future.

The experience was excellent. The representative was courteous, knowledgeable , and very professional. The cost estimate is fair and reasonable. The Technician, Chris Green, very knowledgeable and curious. He started off with exam of the system which was 4 years old and installed by precision and then showed me what needed attention. I already knew the spring system would need adjustment having gone through this procedure previously. Replaced what needed to be replace at reasonable cost. I know to lube the trolley system, have not done this for 2 years. He informed me of a yearly maintenance plan that will perform that service for me at a reasonable price. I have made referral to people in the past regarding Precision Garage door service.

What GREAT service. What professional personnel! Woke up to a broken door spring and could not raise the garage door. Fortunately one car was outside and didn’t interrupt our mornings plan. We called about 9:00 and were told a technician would be available about 12:00. By 12:15 technician Keith had diagnosed the problem and given us three options for repair.
