THE TECHNICIAN, "TODD" WAS OBVIOUSLY AN EXPERIENCED PROFESSIONAL. HE COMMUNICATED THE CAUSE AND REMEDY OF THE PART(S) FAILURE IN A VERY ARTICULATE MANNER. TODD COMPLETED THE WORK EXPEDITIOUSLY AND FIELDED MY QUESTIONS TO MY COMPLETE SATISFACTION. IT IS ALWAYS REFRESHING IN THESE TIMES TO MEET PROFESSIONAL SERVICE TECHS WHO TAKE PRIDE IN THEIR WORK.
