Thank you very much Precision Door. A spring broke on our garage door at 4 PM. We couldn't get the door open and we had two cars inside the garage. Precision was able to get a technician to our house within an hour. Wow, we were most appreciative. Mickey was an outstanding technician. He efficiently fixed our springs and drums. You did several garage doors in our neighborhood so I kept seeing your trucks. We got a new door, opener and outside keypad. Perfect install. We needed service recently as my husband tried to make a new code for the keypad and screwed it up so even the door wouldn’t open when pushing the indefensible button. technicians are friendly and helpful. they did a professional job and the product is definitely the best. my only concern was that no told me that during installation, the technicians would have to cut into my aluminum siding frame and they left a rough edge on the frame and left wood edge exposed to elements. a small additional cost to call to my handyman to cover the wood and fix the rough edges was necessary. overall good job

My 30 year old steel garage door had a broken spring. I called first thing in the morning to setup an appointment. I was surprised to be able to get an appointment the same day. As the morning went on I received calls to inform me of delays that were occurring with the service technician. I welcomed these calls so I could run a few errands instead of sitting at home. When the service technician, Bryan Hewlston, arrived he went right to work evaluating the door and recommended and door refurbishment. Bryan did a great and efficient job, he is friendly and easy to talk with. He completely explained what he did and what I could expect.. My door now operates correctly and is quieter than it has been in years. I highly recommend your company

I could not be happier with the company, team and service. First, making an appointment was smooth and they came out quickly. 2nd, Darian called in advance to let me know the time he would arrive AND he arrived exactly when he said he would. The team was clean, professional, courteous and friendly. Everything was explained to me and I was offered multiple options to fit my long term and budgetary requirements. Work was great, price was reasonable and they even cleaned up after themselves- I have had service providers leave their mess behind- but not these guys. So impressed and I will recommend to anyone.

I phoned the office just after 8 AM on 2/13/20 to request a service call (to install a new key pad). I was given an appointment for that very same day and the technician (David Brooks) arrived before 10 AM. He installed a new key pad and checked it for proper functioning, and also made sure that the garage door hardware and mechanisms were in good condition, lubricating everything as well. He worked quickly and efficiently, and answered my questions thoroughly. I have always received great service from Precision Door and appreciate the professionalism exhibited by its employees.
