My experience with the Precision Technician, ShaRaad, we excellent. He called in advance and was on site within the time promised. He diagnosed the problem quickly and presented the options. I was able to get a fair price. ShaRaad explained all the features and the new Garage Door Opener (on his truck) was installed and working in a short time. ShaRaad was very pleasant and professional. I was surprised how quiet the new Belt Drive was. The unit also comes with many great features.

Jason did a good job explaining that I did not need the $99 noisy garage door deal. New springs, rollers, ect for $640 would suit me better. Then the $39 service charge? Seemed inappropriate but I paid anyway. This was not really a service call, just a response to your ad to solve my noisy garage door problem. I don't charge to go see someone to tell them what there house is worth and what the cost to sell might be. Estimate should have been free. Russ Wood

Unfortunately, Jay, was not able to replicate the problem. He thinks it may have been an obstructed safety eye. Jay was very nice, polite and knowledgeable. If the problem returns, I'll be sure to call you again. I was at first sad that the first appointment wasn't going to be for 2 days, but you came almost 6 hours early, with all appropriate calls to keep me informed. Thank you.

Customer service is extremely professional. The technician, Jay B., was very prompt, knowledgeable, and efficient. A complete overhaul of my garage door in under 45 minutes! Springs, center bearings, drums, cable and rollers all replaced. Best service I could expect. And, he imparted on me the importance of an annual servicing to prevent future down time of the door. I will take that advice.

We received the annual maintenance notification from Precision and called to schedule our appointment. During the technicians' inspection (yes there were two very kind techs), they showed me where a crack had developed in two plates that held the rollers in place, one on each side of the garage door. We had them replace those plates and install new rollers at all locations (since the current rollers were almost 14 years old). They were kind, efficient, and the cost was reasonable. Great job, well done.

a new name for your company should be " SUPERIOR GARAGE DOOR SERVICE " WOW ....... i had difficulty with my garage door opener a couple months back a a friend told me about precision garage doors. it was great advice ............ the two technicians gave me various options and suggestions. i opted for a repair of my old opener. the two were very kind. they both suggested a new opener and i wish i had taken their advice. i experienced difficulty again and "GARRET" responded and he happened to be one of the original technicians from my prior service. he installed my new garage door opener today and explained everything ! he is a kind gentleman and know his business. it seems that i have delt with kind / knowledgeable professionals at every level including my initial call to your company to the kind professional doing a follow -up quality control call. please convey my sincere appreciation to "GARRET" and every one on your team. with true respect and appreciation, "RICH"

I can't say enough good things about Garret Fitch! He arrived on time, we went over what I was thinking needed repair on the door, he inspected our system, offered several alternatives, and after I chose the option he proceeded to efficiently make the necessary repairs. He was courteous and answered all my questions. He also didn't mind me hanging out to gain more knowledge of my system, how it worked, how to repair, and how to maintain it. He's a young man that any employer would be blessed to have on their staff. Give him a raise!!

Corey did a pretty good job. He explained things pretty well. When he was at the house showing me the door going up and down it made a slight noise he said what is wrong and the noise went away. After the door set away I opened the garage door and the door jerked and scared me when it opened. You can see the door needs adjusted a little. Need Corey or someone to come back and adjust the door. It does it after the door has set awhile. It will not do it when you open the door right away. Please come back and adjust my garage door

One of my garage door springs broke this morning. I called Precision and they sent their Technician Leigh M to fix my problem. Leigh did a great job replacing my broken springs and made sure all of the garage door parts and lift motor were in excellent condition. I appreciate the fact they scheduled me as soon as they could fit me in 6 to 8 pm and then they found a way to make it happen sooner. Leigh arrived at 3:30 and was finished by 4:30 pm.
