Just want your people to know that Bryan Hewiston has to be one of your best employees as far as we are concerned and give him a 100+ on his work replacing the gasket at the bottom of our garage door. It gave him a bit of concern at the beginning but he is a smart fellow and figured it out and did a great job and cleaned the outside area so well it looks like new. He has my recommendation on any job in the future and gave us so much info to follow up on in the future and answered all my question with ease. Our thanks to Precision Garage Door for your service and especially to Bryan for his great work. The Soucy's at 587 Grant Ave. Satellite Beach, Fl.

Rob S. was my technician. He arrived 1/2 hour early which was great because I had other errands to run. He explained several options to fix my garage door. With his expert advice, I picked an option and he went right to work. He had with him all the necessary parts. It took him about an hour and I was completely satisfied.

Your Tech Rob came as scheduled. Assesed our door and told us that it could not be fixed. We needed a new door. Gave us all the information and also an estimate. Very knowledgeable. Explained everything to us. Told us the the estimate was good for 90 days and if we ordered the door we would have to put a deposit down. I told him that we needed to talk it over and that we would call the office if we decide to get the new door. We did call the office and put a down payment on a new garage door. We were emailed an invoice and another document to sign and return by postal mail. I did sign the document and immediately returned the papers by postal mail. We will now wait for delivery and installation of our new garage door.

Bryan did an excellent job. I call because I needed a new Keypad. Bryan inspected the door and showed me that one of the cables would probably fail in the near future. The bottom seal retainer was also failing and I asked if he could do the replacement. He replaced the cables and brackets, the keypad and the bottom seal and lubricated the door. I was impressed with him and the service preformed.

Robert Stephenson is excellent technician. He explained what he was going to check in his evaluation and when he was through he told me what the problems were and showed me also. I felt good because being a women a lot of the time people to take to explain things and Robert did take the time. I knew the cost of everything before we did it. When he left I know I have a safe garage door. Thank you Robert.

I found Precision through an online search for repair services. The web site gave me confidence that one call - one appointment would resolve my problem. Your technician, Lonny Miller, was kind, courteous, and very knowledgeable; explained everything needed after surveying the damage. The new product listed below is Springs, but other items were needed for the repair. Lonny was also very understanding; had to come back later that day to accomplish the repair in order to provide me time to move stuff out of the "work zone". Everything works great; even better than before!
