I phoned the office just after 8 AM on 2/13/20 to request a service call (to install a new key pad). I was given an appointment for that very same day and the technician (David Brooks) arrived before 10 AM. He installed a new key pad and checked it for proper functioning, and also made sure that the garage door hardware and mechanisms were in good condition, lubricating everything as well. He worked quickly and efficiently, and answered my questions thoroughly. I have always received great service from Precision Door and appreciate the professionalism exhibited by its employees. I had an emergency issue with my garage door opener--the bolts came loose from the ceiling and it was hanging by a single bolt!. I called Precision in a panic & the scheduling agent was so calming & efficient. I was amazed to find a technician at my door in less than an hour!! Rich was a total professional, and not only fixed the problem but performed a safety inspection. I recommend Precision Garage Doors most highly. I was impressed by these two technicians sent out from IHB Precision Door business. They were very knowledgeable, went over the bill with me explaining what was needed and why, replacing rollers that was badly needed due to wear and noise, broken brackets that were cracked and adjusting spring tension. One hell of a great job. If you have garage door problems there is no better of a company to call to get your door problems resolved in a most professional manner. Was impressed by them once again. Superior customer service by people who know what being a professional technician means. Thank You guys!!!!

After a glowing review a week ago, the day after the technicians arrived the door completely stopped working. We called and a different tech came to the house that same day. He told us completely different information and said it would be over $1100 to fix the door. We declined. We don't understand how after one day the motor was "shot", according to the tech. Very unhappy with this tech. He talked to my husband like he was a fool.
