Mickey found the issue immediately with the door opener belt and corrected it at no charge. There have been someone to answer a phone call and make appointments into the evening (e.g., after 8 PM) so that is appreciated. Mickey was not only prompt he also showed up earlier on a Saturday after calling to let me know.

Installed a brand new door in 2011, and when I moved in 2017, called them again for another new door. They also came out once a year to service and adjust the doors. After purchasing my retirement small home this month, had them come out again. Excellent service, great customer service, professional installers, great work. I wouldn't trust anyone else with a garage door.

Precision did a great job as original installers in 2012. So I didn't hesitate to call them when the door was still noisy after lubricating hinges and tracks. Brenden was great! He called ahead to let me know when he expected to arrive, got here when he said, quickly evaluated what needed fixing, and answered all my questions well. Turns out I needed new rollers due to worn out bearings- not bad for 9 yrs of frequent use! I also chose to replace the bottom seal as the old one had shrunken away from one edge letting driven rain in. The new one is an upgrade! Brenden proved he takes pride in doing a great job, and my garage door feels ready for hurricane season! I appreciate Precision's professionalism.

i really thought I was in deep trouble. It was late friday afternoon and my garage door opener was not only broken, the cable had slipt and the door was stuck in a half open/closed position. After calling your service i was told someone could come out betwwen 7 to 9 and they arrived at 8 apologizing for being late. they not only fixed the mess but installed another device. Next morning All was working normally. I did not believe that all would be solved by one call. The price was fair and the serviceman was professional. I would call again if another problem arises. I wish all my issues were solved this easily.

The initial service call was good and the door was serviced. The door was not checked to determine if it was operational before leaving. The safety line was not pulled to catch the door when the button was pushed to close. The serviceman had to come back to make adjustments to have the door operable.

Probably the best service and customer service of any business I have ever dealt with. Requested repair for a stuck garage door on Precision’s website late in the evening (after 8pm) and within 2 minutes received a phone call back from them to schedule a next-day appt. All they had was 6pm which meant an extra charge but I was fine with that. The next morning however, they called and let me know they could have someone there between 9-11am thus not having to charge extra. Technician showed up promptly at 9. Very professional and courteous, in uniform and masked for COVID. He quickly diagnosed the issue of a broken spring, fixed only what was needed and didn’t try to up-sell me. He gave me the estimate up front and said he would take about an hour. Less than 55 minutes later the job was complete, no additional costs and easy on-site payment with a credit card was available. Garage worksite was left clean and door was functioning better than ever. I was pleasantly surprised at the ease of the entire repair, start to finish, and professionalism of the company. I highly recommend them to anyone needing garage door service!
