Precision Door was great. The service tech showed up on time (he called me to let me know he was on his way); he installed the key pad I'd requested quickly and competently (and showed me how to change the code if needed) and he replaced a door roller that had broken; and, we had a productive talk about garage doors, hurricanes, and insurance. He was very knowledgeable and I appreciated the information. I'll definitely call Precision Door when I'm ready to replace my garage door.

I called Precision Garage Door Service around 3:30, I was given an approx time that someone would be out. Less than 3 hrs and a service person showed up. He called 30 min prior to arriving. Neal was extremely professional & knowledgeable. He explained in detail what needed to be done to secure a safe garage door. We also received a detailed list of costs. Loved the same day service and the excellent information we received from Neal, our service person.

Easy to locate online, I spoke with David who professionally arranged my service needs. Excellent service provided by Cory (highly recommend), a most courteous and knowledgeable technician exhibiting a most professional demeanor. Beside replacing a 10 year old broken tension spring, I decided after considering my options, which were detailed by Cory, to go with overhauling all moving parts ... best decision, in my opinion. We have done business with Precision previously. For that reason, it was a "no-brainier" when our current garage doors needed service. I called and was able to make an appointment for the same day. The technician made a point of calling me to keep me informed of his progress toward my appointment, and showed up on time. He took the time to explain to me exactly the problems I was having with my door, told me exactly how he intended to repair it, and went about doing exactly that. When complete, I was so impressed with his work that I went on and authorized him to preform preventive maintenance on the other door. Repairs were made promptly and professionally. I was amazed at the difference! I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors!
